I already know what they want. They want power. And they are getting it by using violence and working young people who are clueless about what is really going on into a frenzy. If you can't see that you have not been paying attention.

This will work until the young people look around one day and notice that everything the Right told them would happen, has happend, and it's more dangerous world, more violence, and killing and more unrest, that was the result of their protests. By that time, the young people will be older and wanting a more stable world and they will be demanding a stronger police force. And so it goes...

Yeah, it was garbled no matter what, and very insensitive. I'm not sure exactly what he was trying to dance around, but if he was trying to say what I thought he was trying to say, he could've just said slavery was horrible and it allowed whites to prosper at the expense of blacks, and as a white person he enjoys social privileges that blacks generally don't get.

What law forces the cops to take so long to deal with things in America?

Different laws in different states and cities. I can't pinpoint one exactly because there are so many, the law is on the side of the citizen during a police encounter and the officer has to determine what is what with a prep.

Why does the law get cops to waste time on that silly sobriety test instead of just using a breathelizer which is much more effective?

Because the test is mandated by law and the officer has to follow procedure

Exactly and by Georgia law a police taser is considered a deadly weapon. A police officer must be licensed to use that taser, it is not just something anyone can use.

"I hate all black people"? None that I can recall. I have however had three different officials at different work places say to me that they will not hire any blacks (they used the n-word). I've also heard several white people in positions of authority refer to blacks in extremely racist terms. As I've described here before, I've also experienced the difference between being pulled over by the police when with my white friends and with my black friends. I've seen college professors treat black students with high degrees of suspicion for no reason. I've seen department store security follow black patrons around for no reason. I've heard government officials refer to blacks in racist terms.
