Yes, no one comes to Jesus unless God calls them.
God is in Heaven.
Its the Holy Spirit who was given at Pentecost, who offers a person the choice to trust in Christ.
This is what Jesus meant when He said......>"Draw ALL people to ME".
Otherwise, natural man cannot understand the things of God.
Any unbeliever can hear the call of the Holy Spirit in their heart..... that reveals to them that they are a sinner, needing Salvation.
This is "i will DRAW all people to me".
As the passage says no one has ascended to Heaven but the one who came down from Heaven.
Catholics teach that Mary ascended to heaven in her dead body.
That didnt happen.
However, the born again Spirit leaves the body, upon death of the body, and goes to Heaven.
You can do a verse study if you have time..........as Paul says its better to leave the body and to be preasent with the Lord.
