So much for the apostolic authority of the church founded by Jesus Christ on Peter and the apostles

you make yourself the pope and have pontificated
When one starts kicking the player instead of the ball, it shows a poor loser against those who are winning. It's like my brother who, when he knows he losing the chess game he has an "accident" and upsets the board rather than concede that he has lost.

your fundamentalism is not biblical
But only rebellion against the church the kingdom of God on earth

Jesus Christ continues HIS ministry in His new covenant church thru Peter, the apostles, and their successors with the same mission, power, and authority!
Mt 16:18 Mt 28:19 Acts 1:17 acts 8:31 & 35 Lk 10:16 Jn 8:32 Jn 13:20 Jn 15:5 Jn 16:13 Jn 20:21-22 eph 2:20

We must be taught by Peter, the apostles, and their successors! Lk 10:16 Matt 28:19 Jn 21:17

Matt 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Lk 1:4 That thou mightest know the certainty of those things, wherein thou hast been instructed.

Acts 8:30 And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest?

31 And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.

Col 2:7 Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

————————-

The obedience of faith!

Rom 1:5 By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name.

Taught the one true faith revealed by Christ to His apostles! Eph 4:5 Jude 1:3

We are not commanded to read and make doctrine for ourselves but obey those who God puts in authority.

Which of the two popes in competition with each other at a time in Christian history was the one succeeded from the Apostles? What about Pope John Paul I who was murdered because he wanted to bring sweeping reforms to the Vatican? Was John Paul II a succession from the Apostles and if so, what was his connection to the Apostles? Why does the New Testament not recognise Peter as the supreme head of the church, ie: the first Pope? When the Bishop of Rome and the Bishop of Constantinople excommunicated each other, which church carried on as the church Christ started?

Peter is and was the first pope, the bishop or patriarch has authority only in his see or area, the pope has authority over the universal church, all of the last 6 popes are in question for validity

The Vatican is not the church but was the home base for the pope or bishop of Rome, but we are perhaps experiencing the great apostasy with invalid popes since 1958

As soon as the Bishop of Rome took over the whole church and usurped the pre-eminence over the other regional bishops, he became invalid and the Roman church became just a new world empire called the "Holy Roman Empire". It was just another political empire tarted up to look like the Christian church, but it was so infused with pagan demonic worship that it ceased being a genuine Christian church which started to persecute true Christian believers who would not subscribe to the authority of the antichrist usurper in Rome.
