All I know is that if a loved one were being attacked I would do everything in my power -while praying and trusting Him- without fear!) to stop the attacker and yes, if there were a weapon in reach you can believe I would use it. The guns have been taken away, but you can get a gun licence but you can not have a semi automatic, but you have to have a lot of nonsense to go through to get a licence and then be in a club and have to go X of times a year.
