Its certainly the second biggest religion and fastest growing. Even in the west. Probably more so in the west. Its a concern.

A lot of that growth is due to their large birth rate. Also they can have up to four wives. Although that might not be allowed in Western countries, they go by Shari'a courts and it's allowed. They might deny going by Shari'a in the West, but they still do.
