I agree that initial justification and sealing are by grace through faith alone (1 Corinthians 15:1-4; Ephesians 1:13, 2:8-9; Titus 3:5-7). Paul also teaches what happens after that: “you are being saved if you hold fast” (1 Corinthians 15:2), “He will present you holy if you continue in the faith” (Colossians 1:23), “If we endure, we shall reign with Him” (2 Timothy 2:12), and “you will be cut off if you do not continue” (Romans 11:22). Ongoing faith is not "works/performance"; it is exactly what you yourself called “ongoing belief, trust.” I’m not twisting Paul—I’m quoting all of him, not only the initial‑justification texts.
