Why don’t you have academic talent?
Perish the thought. Put it to DEATH.
Desire. To have academic talent we must want it.
Effort. It takes work.
Access. Resources are free or low cost and readily available.
Time. We have time to do the things we really want and need to do.
Habit. Read daily.
Read widely. Read deeply. Read thoughtfully. Read critically.

If we need help we should request it. There are a number of groups and individuals dedicated to helping those in need of assistance.
