I can agree to that. Even when we may perceive it not to be good, its still good.

When God killed all the earths population in the flood, save Noah and his family, God is good.

When He destroyed all those Canaanites in the promised land, He was good. When He sends those who don't know Christ to the lake of fire, He is good.
