""Predestination is a "Biblical Fact" God has made vessels to dishonour and honour"""
Rom 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate
..

Yes, predestinate based on foreknowledge
eg in advance (foreknowledge) GOD knew who would not be saved but not randomly PREchose who would be not be saved.
That makes sense & is FAIR since GOD desires ALL to be saved 1 Tim 2:4, 2 Pet 3:9 yet leaves it up to us whether we believe or not.
You are one mixed up dude.

Yeah, how about that?
The changes are NOW Lambano.

It become the Christian Religion that cannot be trusted.

Not who you insinuate......but Christianity itself.

Paul said in the last days persons would believe doctrines of demons.
These are the last days.

The CC has made some small changes...
BUT it has retained original doctrine.

FAITH PLUS WORKS
CONDITIONAL ETERNAL SECURITY
NO PREDESTINATION
MAN HAS FREE WILL

Religions evolve and adapt to changing circumstances. Judaism today does not look like what was practiced during the desert wandering, or the First Temple era, or post-Exile, or during the Second Temple era. Christianity doesn't look like what Jesus practiced, or what the house churches in the Greco-Roman world practiced.

Well then....
We should all be agreed as to women priests/pastors.
We should all be agreed that tatoos are OK, and any other manner of self inflicted damage.
SS marriage is no problem.

Must be some other ideas that we need to adapt to become up to date
and EVOLVE WITH THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

BTW...yeah,,,could we use YOUR house to meet up on Sunday and share some communion and learning time?
I'll bring some rock Christian music, if you provide the lighting system.

The basic concepts of Reformed theology, Election and God's sovereignty over all aspects of life, already existed in Judaism. Even OSAS is prefigured in the mishnah (Sanhedrin 10:1), saying that "All Israel has a share in the World to Come". (Then it proceeds to define a few groups who are apparently not considered part of "all Israel".) Calvin, Beza, and the like just emphasized certain aspects over others in a way that hadn't been done before.

Can't disagree with that. The church really ought to revoke Augustine's sainthood.

What people do behind closed doors is none of my business thats for sure.
I dont mind listening to a woman speak to me about God sometimes.
I have tattoos and hey Jesus has one to on his thigh.

I dont spend enough time teaching with real life people.

Im not gonna beat myself up over it though.

Im still in a progress of healing.

A woman pastor helped me heal. You'll never convince me that God didn't call her.

My wife has something like 12 tattoos on her body; I'll have to take some time to count them. Sounds like fun. (Gosh, I miss discussing tattoos with @farouk.)

No, historically, the changes go back all the way to the beginning. For example, Acts, Galatians, and James document what happened when they decided to let the Goyim in.

It's not a static system and never was.
When the Goyim were let in....
did the doctrine change?

The Roman Catholic church certainly has evolved over the years.

Timeline / Evolution of Catholic Doctrines

325 – Only bishops and priests can conduct communion (First Council of Nicaea)
364 – Sunday Sabbath (Council of Laodicea / after Constantine’s decree in 321)
382 – The 73-book biblical canon approved at the Council of Rome, later reaffirmed by the regional Councils of Hippo (393) and Carthage (397)
398 – Prayers for the dead (Augustine alluded to it)
418
– Infant baptism regenerates (Council of Carthage)
553 – Mary’s ever-virgin state (Fifth Ecumenical Council in Constantinople)
600 – Confession to a priest (public confession transitioned to private in 600s)
993 – Canonization of first saint (St. Ulrich by Pope John XV)
1095 – Indulgences (Pope Urban II offered indulgences to certain persons who fought in or funded the Crusades)
1139 – Celibacy of priests (Second Lateran Council)
1208 – The Rosary (Dominic claimed to receive a revelation from Mary)
1215 – Clerical clothing required for church leaders (Fourth Lateran Council)
1215 – Transubstantiation (Fourth Lateran Council / approved the word “transubstantiation” for describing communion)
1274 – Purgatory (proposed by Pope Gregory in 596, confirmed at the Council of Lyon [1274 A.D.], then the Councils of Florence and Trent [1438-1439 A.D. then 1545-1563 A.D.])
1545 – Tradition equal with the Bible (Council of Trent / 1545-63)
1570 – Tridentine Mass (Traditional Latin Mass)
1854 – Immaculate Conception proclaimed to be church dogma (Infallible decree by Pope Pius IX)
1870 – Papal infallibility (First Vatican Council / 1869-70)
1950 – Assumption of Mary declared to be church dogma (Infallible decree by Pope Pius XII)
1954 – Mary, Queen of heaven (a long-held belief, defined at the Council of Ephesus in 431 AD, affirmed in an encyclical by Pope Pius XII)
1962 – The Mass can be presented in modern languages (Vatican II Council / 1962-1965)
1992 – Catechism published codifying many of the above beliefs

FALSE RELIGION I MIGHT ADD.

The teaching of the modern Catholic Church is different from that of the old Catholic church.

It is easy to be deceived by words. “The Catholic Church was the church before the Reformation..." is misleading because the doctrinal character of the modern Catholic Church is altogether different from the teaching of the old Catholic churches. We can mention the evolution of the hierarchy, papal supremacy and papal infallibility, the veneration of statues and praying to the saints, purgatory, the mass as a propitiatory sacrifice, transubstantiation, auricular confession, the rosary, the Marian dogmas of the Immaculate Conception and the Assumption. These doctrines and practices originated sooner or later in the history of the Catholic Church, but they were absent in apostolic churches and the early post-apostolic era.

Salutations GodsGrace. How is Tuscany?
I am now toothless. All teeth pulled today. The shots were more painful than the extractions.
My ministry focuses on three things....
1. The message of salvation.
2. The journey to Heaven.
3. False beliefs.

I have studied all over the world and I have had conversations that would blow your mind.
The Gospel message is so simple and could save so many people that Satan has to work double hard to confuse the message of salvation.
People wanting to be saved but Satan sends his agents to tell people that they can sin all they want and get to Heaven as long as they believe in Yeshua. Satan does a dance as these people type their demonic message....You're sealed you can sin all you want and still go to Heaven.

Be good and do good.
The Johnny Appleseed of Truth.
Yes sir.
2 Timothy 4:1-4

Here it is:

1I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom:

2preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction.

3For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires,

4and will turn away their ears from the truth...

Seems that some want to hear what they want to hear..

Not what Jesus wants them to HEAR.

John 6 and John 10 is strewn about...
too bad it's not properly understood.

Those that HEAR, present tense, will have eternal life.

Not those who HEARD in the past....
or those that do not HEAR.

All is good here.
Take care of your health!

Shouldn't we be meeting on the Sabbath (Saturday) like the original Apostles did?
Guess you don't know about early church history.
Most Protestants don't.

Guess you don't know about the Didache.
70AD is the new date.
But let's go with 90AD.

SUNDAY...
The Lord's Day.

Here's is scripture I think everyone on these Forums should keep in mind as they
teach hereical doctrine...for which they will one day have to answer to God.

James 3:1
1Let not many of you become teachers, my brethren, knowing that as such we will incur a stricter judgment.

I'm sorry you're in a progress of healing.
Aren't we all in one way or another?

What people do behind closed doors is their business.

But @Lambano made the statement that it's OK for the church to
"evolve to adapt to changing circumstance".

This means that SS marriage should be accepted by every church.
Would you agree?

Or do you think the church should be teaching what it was teaching 2 thousand years ago?

Personally I believe that we should just teach the scripture and let people decide for themselves. If that if what a person is lead to do. Yes we are all healing in some way or another I suppose mainly the heart hopefully to abide in Christ having faith in God and loving our neighbor as ourselves. It’s not about going and combating the world.

God's words below teach that a believer is sealed by the Holy Spirit until they sin so much that Yeshua judges them to Hell.
Your claim is false, (O)nce (S)ealed (A)lways (S)ealed until the day of redemption, God's not a liar

(Eternal Security)

Ephesians 1:13-14KJV
13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

Ephesians 4:30KJV
30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

John 10:26-30KJV
26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
30 I and my Father are one.
