No one, least of all those we love and those who love us, can promise us no more tears. It's a condition of love that tears will flow.
The text was Revelation 7:9-17-"And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes." As christians, we are not sealed or baptized from challenges of life but rather we are made ready to go through whatever comes against us in our faith journey. In other words, baptism does not exempt us from sickness, betrayals, wars and other calamities but our participation in it signals God’s presence in and around our lives through and beyond this life.
In heaven, no one not be hungry and homeless. For Christian, death is an immediate translation into the presence of the Lord. We exchange earth for heaven. We exchange the temporary for the eternal, the pain of groaning for the joy of glory.
