Jesus claimed we are born again in baptism: John 3:5 sooooo us Catholics (and Orthodox and some Protestant denominations) agree with Jesus. Apparantly you don't.

Ummmm.....The Church is biblical and the pillar and foundation of truth......Just like Scripture says. And if you refuse to adhere to Church teaching The Church can kick you out (Matthew 18).

Of course infant baptism isn't scripture. It was invented by the early Catholic Church so to insure a growth in population starting at an early age of committal.

Which is why the church doesn't proselytize to gain converts. They birth them from within the current population.

Plus, what the church doesn't care to realize? It makes God out to be a savage. Ss if the newborn would go to purgatory or hell if not baptized.

Scripture says entire families were baptized....Are you saying there were no infants in entire families?
