Just being snowflakes like always. I got Dr. Seuss books nothing wrong with them. They (whom ever that may be) are canceling Gone with the Wind, Kindergarten Cop, and Mr. Potato Head.

I heard it is because the cop is bad and gone with the wind has black people in it. These people are crazy
Now the baa baa black sheep I knew about, and that was some years back over here in the U.K.
Some of the old nursery rhymes were references to the slave trade era, so one one level I get why some rhymes perhaps should not be as popular as they should stay in the past., but it shouldn’t be changed or cancelled.
If you don’t like what a book, film, tv show, song says, then don’t watch, read, or sing it- simple !! Rita

Dr. Seuss and Mr. Potato head may be minor compared to where this could be headed. I’m not big in conspiracy theories. But there was a time many years ago when I would hear how there could become a time, where you would no longer be able to read the bible. Where it would become outlawed completely. ...where that was no longer acceptable as a decision each person makes for themselves. At the time that seemed not likely to happen anytime soon. If Dr. Seuss and Mr. Potato head is yanked as racist. What is the much greater goal moving towards getting rid of? today, it appears not as speculation (this could happen), but becoming more and more likely.

Dr. Seuss was human, a sinner and not a follower of God. Nevertheless, his books have blessed many over the years. We can't cancel history just because it is complex. People who do this are creating an environment that they will only enjoy until another party comes to power. Ultimately, when someone goes down the path to where you say, "do as I do, think as I think and speak as I speak, or else" you are headed towards fascism. The first commandment in the Bible is, you shall not be racist ! is it not ?
Under Political Correctness god you would think that it was the first commandment, but no racist is not in the commandments at all, Ho no ! it's 2021 ?
Just to identify a Chinaman is racist, just to identify a man from a woman is a travesty in 2021 ? oh no ! The great Taboo god has come out of the closet. All must bow down to the great swine God ! Truth is only a concept they claim. so they do not respect the truth at all, is that not what a Satanist is all about.
Racist ? and racial prejudice are two different things in fact, but the Marxist Socialist peddle such is the same thing, you have no rights to point anything out under such tyrants and Their Taboo god !
If the Cat in the hat book was peddling a racial prejudice view that would be one thing, but racist what is that ? discrimination ? what is discrimination ? if one could not discriminate one from another " discern" ? red from blue lets say ? or something from clay. so what is it that is being peddled nowadays in 2021 ? well it's that you have no right to discern the taboo gods that have domination over you now under the great Marxist gods.

Fascism ? comes from the root of Socialism and socialist ideology I would say.
Conservatives on the other hand oppose Fascism dominating over them.
Nowadays we see the Socialist Fascist making claims that the conservative are Fascist ?
Well within the people who oppose the Left wing Socialist we can see neo Nazis types ? but are not even neo Nazis a Socialist group ? I have never met one, but I think that the USA neo Nazis are idiots that come across as inbreeds to me, that I have seen on TV and hate for no reason at all other than someone is different to them, racial prejudice morons who idolise a moron like Hitler who was a typical Socialist dictating type but was using people or delusions of offering something better than Communism, they were to make a better world by working heard to have a better living standards and be advanced, but the Left always appeals to bludgers and no hopers always.

Of course, we can never know for sure, but throughout his life he never claimed to be or mentioned it (at least as far as I could find anywhere).
So? Not all famous people go into their whole life stories and background? In fact not all regular people do. Maybe it just never came up in conversation who knows? I mean yeah, it's good to let people know about Christ given the opportunity but maybe he just never had one.

Then we have to ban Family Circus, Peanuts, and Scooby Doo...from myosgyny to racist statements. Don't forget Dagwood and Andy Capp. These were horrible cartoons too and if you have ever laughed at them you need severe re-education camp electroshock therapy.

I don't think that they're going to stay on there for very long, I heard that they were going to wind up banning them on eBay eventually. A lot of libraries including mine are keeping them in there,.. at least for now. Btw, that makes me think of this song.
Some of those cartoons I don't even know, but the ones I do I don't even understand what's wrong with them.
All you have to do is search up Private Snafu on YouTube and they will magically appear.
They were "infomercials" expressing the sentiments of popular opinion during the world war. During that time America really were cautious about people from Germany and Asia (China and Japan and the Middle East)
They are funny in simplistic sort of way and done by really famous names like Chuck Jones of Bugs Bunny and Porky Pigg's fame. (All your favorite Warner Bros characters)
