Addressing the OP, a good old age question, which have been answered many of time, but addressing your concerns below, you said,
Then we saved by grace alone? Therefore we are all saved?
Or it would be injustice to save some by grace alone and not all?

I’m open to any biblical insight but I will ask questions

not reading all of the post here, but consider this that may answer your questions above.

no one is not "SAVED" by his or her "WORKS". but one is "SAVED" to "WORK".
I know this is a human example, below, but it might help to understand.

one do not just walk up on a Job and start to work... and on Friday expect to get a pay check. no, one is hired first, then they go to work. see the difference now.

our Lord Jesus clearly explained this in the similitude of the labourers in the vineyard. Matthew 20:1 "For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard." BINGO, one must first be hired/Saved before they go to Work, THEN.... they can recieve the paycheck on Friday. one can read the whole story there in Matthew chapter 20.

so again, one is "SAVED/hired" .... to work. and not work to be SAVED/hired. no, saved then one is qualified to work.

hope that helped.

They can, if you can get someone to remove that pesky 1 Corinthians 3:12-15 from our Bibles...!

faith is works
1 Thessalonians 1:3
Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;

your verse simply refers to good and bad works Or motive

Matt 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
