Addressing the OP, a good old age question, which have been answered many of time, but addressing your concerns below, you said,
Then we saved by grace alone? Therefore we are all saved?
Or it would be injustice to save some by grace alone and not all?
I’m open to any biblical insight but I will ask questions
not reading all of the post here, but consider this that may answer your questions above.
no one is not "SAVED" by his or her "WORKS". but one is "SAVED" to "WORK".
I know this is a human example, below, but it might help to understand.
one do not just walk up on a Job and start to work... and on Friday expect to get a pay check. no, one is hired first, then they go to work. see the difference now.
our Lord Jesus clearly explained this in the similitude of the labourers in the vineyard. Matthew 20:1 "For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning
to hire labourers into his vineyard." BINGO, one must first be hired/Saved before they go to Work, THEN.... they can recieve the paycheck on Friday. one can read the whole story there in Matthew chapter 20.
so again, one is "SAVED/hired" .... to work. and not work to be SAVED/hired. no, saved then one is qualified to work.
hope that helped.
