Last night I seriously had a dream/vision about the rapture. Is that a sign that it's coming soon? (Being in my lifetime) Or was it just a dream because I hear about it a lot? I don't care either way. I like living my life here on earth, but if Jesus wants to come and get me I certainly won't complain. :) (Then again the Father is the only one who truly knows for sure.)

It was just a dream which showed the state of your heart and your understanding.

Some people think the rapture is coming soon. I don't. But that doesn't mean it was necessarily not from God. Others here have shared dreams about the rapture that I thought were scripturally accurate, even if they themselves didn't.

Just a dream, there is no such animal as Rapture. The rapture is man made evangelical idea.

I certainly AGREE that there is no "Tribulation-Era-Rapture", but after the thousand years are ended, Jesus and those who remain and are alive shall ascend to be together to be with the LORD forever in the New Jerusalem. -- Thus there IS a "rapture", -- just not when some assert! :)

Dear AR,
Dreams/visions are sometimes difficult to correctly "interpret"/"understand"/"apply". As such, it's always wise to weigh what we perceive against what Scripture says. And Scripture does not support a Tribulation-Era-Rapture. (See ABOVE!)

With Very Best Regards,
Bobby Jo

I still believe it's a little while longer, because we aren't quite at the days of Noah yet.

Study your Bible more than you listen to preachers, because Jesus told us the main Signs leading up to His return and gathering of His (Matthew 24; Mark 13). There's all sorts of doctrines of men out there in the Churches today that are not Biblical, and they sound good, but they simply are men's imaginations and cannot be supported in God's Word. God allowed old Israel to be tested like this to see if they would listen to Him or men, so it's no mystery that we are also tested today.

Dear @April_Rose ,
Just to be clear, Rev. 20 says that the dead are not raised until the thousand years are ended. And 1 Thess. 4 says FIRST the dead shall be raised, AND THEN those who are on earth shall ascend.

Now people whose views contradict Scripture use their "smooth words" to persuade you to their False Doctrine, -- certainly one that I was taught in church. But Scripture is TRUE, and so AT THE END OF THE AGE there is a "rapture"!

With Best Regards,
Bobby Jo

I often think Jesus will return in my lifetime.
