LOL, I mean LOL...You presented what you "think"....and didn't provide one biblical verse to support what you "think".

As you demanded in one of your previous post...

LOL...
It is pointless presenting Scripture to you as you avoid it.

When is the marriage?

Jesus said in Matthew 25:1-13: Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom; go ye out to meet him. Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready [hetoimos] went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.”

This parable speaks of Christ’s Coming and shows that He is Coming for those that are ready. The 5 virgins in this earthly story are a spiritual picture of the bride of Christ. The parable of the virgins supports the idea of a climactic Coming of Christ. Men are either caught up or caught on. Being ready means rescue, being locked outside means destruction. Interpreting Scripture with Scripture would assist you here. As in Noah’s day, “the door was shut” – the day of opportunity was final closed – and those left outside were totally destroyed.

The solemn side of this parable is the awful plight of the five foolish virgins who had no oil in their lamps. Like the wicked that were left in Noah’s day, the religious will cry when it is too late: “Lord, Lord, open to us.” The only problem is it is too late. The solemn cry will come from the Master, “Verily I say unto you, I know you not” (vv 11-12). This is exactly what Jesus says to the wicked at the final judgment. He isn't saying: ‘welcome to a 7 year tribulation period’ or ‘welcome to the Premil millennium for another chance’. Sadly, they are damned and doomed for all eternity.

Where in Revelation do we find the bride of Christ?

Undoubtedly the Church is Christ’s bride, but in Pretrib thinking the Church has already be removed before the tribulation. Pretrib theology has Christ having 2 brides, something that is absurd, unknown to Scripture, and extra-biblical.

In the 6th of 7 recaps in Revelation, Revelation 19:7-9 tells us, Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready (hetoimazo). And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb.”

This is the wedding! The marriage of the Lamb and the marriage supper occurs at Revelation 19 (the end of the Pretrib tribulation, not the beginning as they intimate). This is when this union is consummated. The perfected Church (or bride) is joined to her bridegroom (Christ) forever in glorification.

In the 7th of 7 recaps in Revelation, Revelation 20:11-15 – 21:1-5 confirms, speaking about the second coming and the connected ushering of the new heaven and new earth: “And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away (or departed); and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away (or departed). And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.”

The new heavens and new earth come with the appearing of Christ.

Revelation 21:9-10 confirms:
“Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife. And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God.”

Not only is it clear that “the marriage of the Lamb” to “his wife” is referring to the final consummation of the relationship between Christ and His bride – the Church – at the second coming. But we see the status of the wife; “And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.” The wife is the body of believers down through the years, which have placed their eternity on the blood of Christ, whether in the old or the new economy.

The wedding therefore is the consummating of the union between bridegroom and the bride or the catching away of the saints.

I have been pointing out some good facts, hope people are gaining insights they may have missed!
In THIS world YE SHALL have TRIBULATIONS .
That is not what pre trib is preparing the church for at all .
As i am sure you already KNOW that . rather many are being prepared
for THE SOLUTION TO ATTAIN WORLD PEACE . and that there solution IS OF ANTI CHRIST . and that A FACT .

Clearly “the marriage of the Lamb” to “his wife” is referring to the final consummation of the relationship between Christ and His bride – the Church – at the second coming. This woman with her innate purity is such a contrast to the whore in the introductory verses that is judged. The two women couldn’t be more diverse. One is judged the other is blessed. The status of the Lamb’s wife is outlined in the passage and confirms her honoured status; “And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.” The bride is the body of believers down through the years, which have placed their trust and eternity on the blood of Christ, whether in the old or the new economy.

The marriage union is the glorification feat where we are eternally changed in order to enjoy God forever – this is the final act of redemption. This is the marriage of the Lamb. In short, a prepared bride is made ready to unite with a prepared bridegroom. For this climactic event she is arrayed in the righteousness of Christ. This is her worthiness for marriage.

No. Jesus comes for His saints and then comes with His saints. We return to the new earth after the wrath of God has destroyed all the wicked and banished the bondage of corruption. This fits in with multiple climactic Scriptures.
  1. Do you believe that Christ is literally coming suddenly and unexpectedly "as a thief in the night" as the Bible says (1 Thessalonians 5:2 and 2 Peter 3:10)?
  2. Do you believe that the wicked will literally experience "sudden destruction" from His appearance as the Bible says (1 Thessalonians 5:3)?
  3. Do you believe that the wicked literally "shall not escape" as the Bible says (1 Thessalonians 5:3)?
  4. Do do you believe that Jesus is literally coming "In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ” (2 Thessalonians 1:8)?
  5. Do do you believe that the wicked shall literally "be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power" (2 Thessalonians 1:9)?
  6. What unregenerate man is excluded from the description of "them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ" (2 Thessalonians 1:8)?
  7. Do you believe that "the heavens shall pass away with a great noise" literally when He returns as a thief as the Bible says (2 Peter 3:10)?
  8. Do you believe that "the elements shall melt with fervent heat" literally when He returns as a thief as the Bible says (2 Peter 3:10 & 12)?
  9. Do you believe that "the earth also ... shall be burned up" literally when He returns as a thief as the Bible says (2 Peter 3:10)?
  10. Do you believe that "the works that are therein [the earth] shall be burned up" literally when He returns as a thief as the Bible says (2 Peter 3:10)?
  11. Do you believe that the righteous are actually looking "for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness” literally when He returns as a thief as the Bible says (2 Peter 3:13)?

That is what the bible says...right?

Sure, it comes like a baby being born...labor pains, labor pains, increased labor pains, more increasing labor pain then the baby suddenly comes.
  1. Do you believe that the wicked literally "shall not escape" as the Bible says (1 Thessalonians 5:3)?
Of course.......do you think the wicked will escape?
  1. Do do you believe that Jesus is literally coming "In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ” (2 Thessalonians 1:8)?
Yes, at the end of the tribulation. The coming of Jesus for the church in 1 Thes 4:17 will be like Jesus left. ...No claiming fire...or a white horse that you keep dodging.
  1. Do do you believe that the wicked shall literally "be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power" (2 Thessalonians 1:9)?
Absolutely. I believe you may be in danger of that.

Sure, some time after Jesus returns.

This is what happens when Jesus comes as a thief in the night. There is absolutely nothing in these passages that suggest a delay in the fulfillment. There is no mention of some imaginary seven year tribulation. There is no Pretrib scenario here. These passages forbid your doctrine.

We should note, the original text relating to 2 Peter 3:10-13 is even more fiery and destructive than the KJV wording. It suggests: “the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pareleusontai (or) go or pass away, or perish with a great noise, and the elements shall kausoumena lutheesetai (or) be loosed by being set on fire, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be katakakeesetai (or) burned up utterly or consumed wholly. Seeing then that all these things shall be luomenoon (or) dissolved, loosened or broke up … Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be lutheesontai (or) dissolved, melted or loosed, and the elements shall kausoumena teeketai (or) melt by being set on fire?”

We see in this reading that “the day of the Lord will arrive (heko) as a thief in the night; in the which (en heé)” or literally translated “in which” (the word “the” being absent from the original). The word en is used 2,831 times in Scripture and is overwhelmingly interpreted “in” or “within” throughout. Significantly, it is not translated as ‘near,’ ‘close to’ or ‘close by’ in any of these references. Support for the complete demolition attending the actual appearance of Christ in all His glory is also found in the same chapter in 2 Peter 3:12, which explains, “Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat.”

Wherever one locates the day of the Lord we surely know it arrives “as a thief in the night” (or suddenly) “in which” or “wherein” certain things occur. What are these things that accompany the arrival of the day of the Lord? The above reading demonstrates how the day of the Lord “will come” suddenly “as a thief in the night; in which”:
  1. The heavens shall pass away / perish with a great noise.
  2. The elements shall be ‘loosed by being set on fire’,
  3. The earth shall be ‘burned up utterly / consumed wholly.
  4. The works that are within the earth shall be ‘burned up utterly / consumed wholly.
And continues, “seeing then that all these things (that is 1-4) shall be luomenoon or dissolved / burned up utterly / consumed wholly. No one could surely deny that this is talking about the whole natural order here. The old order is going to be completely consumed by fire in a climactic conflagration so as to make way for the new eternal state. One cannot imagine how the Holy Spirit could have made the awful nature and full extent of God’s judgment any plainer to the human mind in this passage. This passage agrees totally with the all-consummating character of every other explicit Second coming passage in Scripture; the day of the Lord sees the immediate destruction of the old heavens, elements and old earth, and the introduction of the “new heavens and a new earth” (2 Peter 3:13).

Does it say they are left behind for a tribulation period or for sudden destruction? Destruction! That is why Jesus says: remember Lot's wife. That is why He tells us wherever the dead bodies are there are vultures. This is the end!

1 Thessalonians 4:15-5:3 confirms this saying: “we which are alive and remain unto the coming [Gr. parousia] of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.”

It is very simple what this is saying to the unindoctrinated mind. This is the end. It is over. We are now into eternity. There are no survivors. There are no survivors here.

This coming is not only sudden but noisy. Christ is not coming secretly with an apologetic whisper but publicly with a triumphant shout. He appears with “with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God.” This trumpet will sound and bring forth the elect from all nations. I Thessalonians 5:2-7 confirms that it isn’t just Christ’s Advent in glory that is sudden but also the destruction that accompanies.

Likening Christ’s return to “a thief in the night” capably serves to impress the surprising nature of His coming for the lost. It shows that the wicked are caught abruptly in their folly at the apocalypse. The “sudden destruction” is so impactful that none escape. That is explicit in the narrative. The wicked are totally and completely destroyed, allowing no room for the Pretrib theory of a subsequent 7yrs trib or some imaginary future millennium.

II Thessalonians 1:4-10 records: “we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure: Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer: Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you; And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.”

The Holy Spirit could hardly have made this more water-tight: men either know God or they don't. To know God is eternal life (John 17:3). If humans know Him, they are rescued at His return, if they do not know Him, they are destroyed. Simple! Premils have no problems with this reality when it comes to Noah and Lot's day. They get conveniently awkward and pedantic when it comes to the second coming, because it negates their doctrine. They feel the need to diminish the scale and timing of the destruction in order to populate their alleged future millennial earth.

There are no wicked left to enter into some alleged Premillennialism future millennium. This is no temporal “destruction.” Those who are unredeemed receive their eternal reward at Christ’s return.

Christ appears at His Second Advent “in flaming fire” with the purpose of taking “vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.” There is hence absolutely no provision made for unbelievers surviving this all-consummating event. The destruction of the total wicked comes from the actual appearance of Christ at the time of the second coming. Expressly, it is “the presence of the Lord” and “the glory of his power” that causes the destruction of the wicked at the end. It is clearly not a thousand years after the Lord’s appearing as the Premillennialist would try and argue. Neither is there any exceptions, no allowance is made for natural Israel or for the so-called ‘sheep nations’, as Premillennialists try to do.

I refer you back to what God said.

How about actually supporting some of your wild statements for a chance? You just constantly throw out personal opinions out there without actually proving anything with God's Word or in context.

How is 1 Thessalonians 4:15-5:3, II Thessalonians 1:4-10 and 2 Peter 3:10-13 not the same day Jesus returns on His white horse in Revelation 19?

LOL.....that seems to be your problem...you've been indoctrinated.
Christ is not coming secretly
No one said Jesus is coming in silence....shhhhhhh a secret.
Once again your indoctrination gets it wrong when you say those who know the pre-tribulation rapture is the truth claim it will be a secret rapture.

Escapes what?
The utter destruction of the wicked and corruptible nature in 1 Thessalonians 4:15-5:3, II Thessalonians 1:4-10 and 2 Peter 3:10-13 at the one and only climatic return of Jesus Christ!

LOL. You cannot address the inspired text. You address counter-arguments. Your evasive personal opinion one-liners do not cut it. You seem incapable of exegeting Scripture. This is a common Pretrib trait.

All you have left is to run from the truth of God!
