What leftovers do you have in the house after the christmas feast? Mine is Ham. I will be eating cold ham for some time by the looks of things. Pineapple and cherry infused ham.

This year we had ham rather than the traditional turkey, courtesy of our older son and his wife. The sweet potato casserole was actually better cold the second day.

And let me add that there was also half a bottle of Merlot left over from Christmas dinner. I'll be sure to finish off THAT.
