There seems to be a lot of fads coming out of America like planking and other such things. Recently a game which has been around since the 90s has supposedly become popular with youth called "Knock out." The idea is to knock out a complete stranger with one punch. I do not know whether this is false or not but apparently FB has been running a story about an unfortunate group of teens who decided to KO a 60 year old woman who then applied the second amendment and shot two of the youths dead. This is a dangerous and very dumb game whether true or not...particularly when American's have the right to bare arms.

I've never heard of this. Your right that it is very dumb, lets hope everyone agrees and learns a lesson from their deaths.

My mercy towards sons of Belial is somewhat lacking.

Hello Ange. It's a sign of the times Ange, In the last days the love of many will wax cold and lawlessness will increase.
This is just how the evil is manifesting.

This Knock out game has gotten popular in the last two years or so. because
the perpetrators have been getting away with it. but now they are starting to run into people who carry guns. Just a guess, about 10% of Americans have permits to carry guns. so more and more of the perpetrators will be getting shot and some killed.

I had to deal with people like this as a Police officer. They do not believe in God, they don't know who Jesus is.
Their motto for life is " If it feels good do it "

Pomp.

Hey Pompie!
Wonderful to hear from you... :) I agree that it is the sign of the times...It's a shame that young people have nothing better to do then to terrify others. As my dad use to say "Enlist them in the Army, that will sort them out" ;)

Bless ya!

Angelina, you're the one who originated this contriversial thread. I'm merely making an obvious observation that it's ONLY ONE PARTICULAR racial group that is repeatedly committing these heinous offenses and thinks that the KO game is humorous.

Thankfully, because of the 2nd Amendment of the American Constitution we are allowed to carry personal defense weapons to protect ourselves from this kind of idiocy.

No it's not... the young people involved in the original story were white males? The issue isn't about race. it's about young people with nothing better to do than try to get away with breaking the law without getting caught. It;s a game to them...but one with serious and sometimes deadly repercussions....

This has been a "game" that has gained a lot of "popularity", and as usual, we are to blame ourselves.

Every person out there seems to be looking for their "15 minutes of fame" and every single time one of these punks "plays their game" they get put all over television and the news. It is ridiculous. Of course, they don't try with someone like me...they find all those tough 95 year old women trying to carry her groceries with both hands. They won't even take the chance of doing it to her if her hands are free.

Race has nothing to do with it. Scumbags are doing it from every skin color, size, and shape. They all only have one thing in common. They are pigs. (I know I shouldn't put pigs down like that, sorry)

Not a fad and not funny. Take it from one who found himself face down on the pavement after getting hit in the back of the head.

It's an act of cowardice, a trademark for our society. Only cowards and fools and thieves rule today. It's everywhere from the streets to the offices of the bureaucrats to the halls of government.

Race has nothing to do with it? Guess again. Speaking from experience, race has everything to do with it. The reader may think he or she is enlightened, but that same person hasn't been out lately. Lots going on out there you don't know about. Take another guess....you've got two left.

but that's just me, hollering from the choir loft......

Well you keep hollering...race has nothing to do with it...you live in a society where over a million plus people are unemployed and 49% of homeless people are under the age of 18. Think again...
