Does a Christian have liberty to believe any doctrine or to decide Christian faith or doctrine?

The clear answer is Yes …and No.

Does a Christian have liberty to believe any doctrine …YES, it’s their choice.

A “Christian” can believe whatever they want and hopefully it’s the Bible. But I have seen some who base things on experiences…. which may be good for them, but not a guarantee for truth or doctrine. …. Others, I have run into (not on this site) have some really wacked out beliefs that they have systematically strung together from the Bible (or portions thereof) with a conclusion that makes you wonder if any of their lug nuts have ever been tightened.

Do they have the liberty to decide Christian faith or doctrine… NO, that has already been decided by God.

I’m not perfect, but I know Gods Word is, and that is my only source of faith, practice, and Truth. I operate from the belief that the Bible interprets itself using simple keys to research.
God answers everything He wants us to know in the Word …. some things God does not provide answers to … and for those, we wait. ...we don't guess.

God gave us free will Faith, and forces none of us to serve Him. The sad thing is that one has to choose to serve and obey Jehovah, or they automatically side with the other god. One thing that we can be thankful for is He bases it on our capabilities, if one is incapable of serving Him, it would be unrighteous of Him to not automatically put them in line for salvation. For those of us who are capable, we have an age of accountability, and if we have reached that age, when God sees to it that we are reached by one of His people, then we are to jump on board. Not saying that one won't be reached many times, but when they are reached, God has done His part, so not they have to choose as you asked. Hope that helps Faith.

the Liberty of Christ is freedom from sinning.

The liberty of the law of Christ, is freedom of choice within the law.
