Yes!!! The sinner loves sin but there can come a time in his life that he sees he need help and laying in the gutter he can choose to call on God and be saved!!!

So unless first born again by God's grace, no one will do what Paul says.
IF you can be saved (born-again) before you choose to believe, confess and repent then you don't need Jesus!!

Somebody who forces themselves on another is a rapist.
Somebody who treats something just to kill it is a murderer.
Somebody who forces people to gruesome burning is a extreme narcissist.

Why isn’t the self righteous and the all knowing and the wonderfuly sparkely,etc mentioned in his list?of who he chooses?

God chooses based on foreknowledge.
You are saying the Bible contradicts itself, thus lies.

I do not.
I worship the God of love in the scripture. The God whom loves all people, whom gave His life so that whomever believes on Him shall be saved. Not a God of force, but a God of love. Not the being of Calvinism.
Ephesians 2.1-9:
"And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
