I came across an interesting science article which talks about DNA "mysteriously transforming" about 4500 years ago.

My guess is that we all are descended from Noah and his family of 8 ..... thus we have a "common DNA" and the "Missing DNA" from 7500 years ago was all lost in the flood when "everybody else" died.

(a quote from the article)
The genetic lineage of Europe mysteriously transformed about 4,500 years ago, new research suggests.
The findings, detailed today (April 23) in the journal Nature Communications, were drawn from several skeletons unearthed in central Europe that were up to 7,500 years old.
"What is intriguing is that the genetic markers of this first pan-European culture, which was clearly very successful, were then suddenly replaced around 4,500 years ago, and we don't know why," said study co-author Alan Cooper, of the University of Adelaide Australian Center for Ancient DNA, in a statement. "Something major happened, and the hunt is now on to find out what that was."

It is interesting but what this finding and the way they present it is going to do is bolster the ancient Sumerian clay tablets text that indicates aliens altered pre humans DNA.

What I find just as or more interesting is the DNA bottle neck, which indicates that the earth was populated with a large DNA base "humans" and not to long ago this population nearly went extinct, "the flood" and from the DNA evidence we can see that the earths current population is from the survivors of this bottle neck event.

Of course the dates and the number of survivors of this bottle neck event vary according to the researchers but the fact remains a catastrophic event accured that nearly wiped out the human population. Be it the biblical flood of Noah or some other secular speculation.

An other fact that is widely over looked is the lack of evidence of positively identified human remains dated more that 10,000 years old. What history doesn't teach, is about 6000 years ago humans suddenly began building huge monolith stone structures but the evidence for where these humans came from is like finding hens teeth and when you begin to look at the evidence it's largely speculative. Human remains dated more than 10,000 years old are practically non existent. But of course you have to realize the old remains are not human but ape like, so in steps Darwin's theory.

The genetic code suggests that the earth's population of humanity shrunk down to about 8,000. The timing of this event is debated but many suggest it was about 4,000 years ago.
I believe it was much smaller, such as 8, but I am not a scientist. :D

I've read articles that date it from a biblical supportive date as far out as 60,000 years, and with the numbers of survivor's as high as you quoted some reduce it to a much smaller number but the last thing we can count on is secular scientist to confirm anything biblical.
