No doubt about it, but it is the organization which is pagan based from it's origin, and continues to defy God and His Holy word in the Bible..as Jesus said "by their fruits they will be known" Matthew 15 to 20...
Unfortunately many denominations are daughters of Rome to varying degrees and do not follow the true word of God...Revelation 17
Many websites to research about the misconduct of popes and "church" leaders over the years....after you do research do they really sound christian to you? Website "The antichrist is hidden in plain sight" is an excellent start to understand this issue.

Hmmm . . . just out of curiosity, can you tell me how the Catholic Church is "pagan from its origin"?

I order to do this, you'll have to provide some actual evidence like:
1. What doctrines are of "pagan origin"?
2. When was the Church established - since you said it is pagan from its origin?

The practice of telling our sins directly to a priest is based directly in Scripture. Three times in the Gospels (Matt. 16:19, 18:18 and John 20:23), we read where Jesus gave the Apostles the power to forgive sins or to hold them bound. This is not a something that Jesus took lightly. In John 20:21-23, Jesus (who is God) breathes on the Apostles as he is giving them this power:
Jesus said to them again, "Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you."
And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, "Receive the holy Spirit. Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them, and whose sins you retain are retained."

The fact that Jesus breathed on the Apostles when entrusted them with this ministry is highly significant because he doesn’t do this anywhere else in the New Testament. In fact, there are only two times in ALL of Scripture where God breathes on man:
The first is when he breathed life into Adam.
The second is here in John’s Gospel when he is giving them the power to forgive or retain sins.

Paul makes NO small case for this ministry of reconciliation clearly in 2 Cor. 5:18-20:
“And all this is from God, who has reconciled us to himself through Christ and given us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting their trespasses against them and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. We are cautioned more than once not to be pulling tares, and to let the tares grow with the wheat. Not that anyone much listens, i mean i still prolly spend half of my day trying to pull tares lol. If someone has imagined some enemy it is likely better to not be wising up the marks, if one could anyway, by revealing that this belief of theirs is a manifestation of their faith, because then a smart wolf will just adjust their language, and be harder to discern. Of course any corporate church must also have the whore as a component, because all of our individual churches are corrupted, and the corporate church can only reflect the individuals in it. We are, each one of us, "two men in a bed," and any adversary perceived outside of ourselves is really only a reflection of our inner struggle, right? One is taken, and the other is left.
