The thing about this hearing is they make a point of saying that the public needs to hear this.
And what the hearing is about is usually kept in classified settings.
But they felt it necessary to inform the public of how Chins is gaining influence in corporations, with politicians, lobbyists..etc.
And how they use "students" who come here to research as the ones who move the information and technologies from US to China.
And because these "students" have families that live in China, they are put under a lot of duress to do what they are told.
It's a pretty intense hearing. I didn't see it listed yesterday when they had the hearing. I saw it today, and thought I would watch it.
Not that the information surprised me, but that they made the information public did.
Some people who were asked to come on the panel refused because they feared to be exposed.
It's a very important hearing. There is no political bantering or bias.. it's strictly on point.
I was disappointed when the Senator from Maine, Angus King, my senator ugh, only submitted his questions and left.
He didn't stay to listen or to question. Which I found very interesting. He has his hands in a lot of things up here.
I wouldn't be surprised if he knows but didn't want to be heard...
He and Bernie Sanders, the only 2 Independents in Congress. And he always votes (D)
It was the disclosure and transparency of what China is doing in the US, that I found eyeopening.
That hasn't happened for awhile. Not much surprises me any more.
We may need to boycott a lot of things in order to distangle them from their grip they have on us.
And that won't be easy because they have a grip on just about everything.
Agriculture, Education, Manufacturing, Technology, Medical....
We may have to give up everything to save our Independence and our freedom.
Mat 16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
I think we will have to find out.
