In the past i always spent easter by getting my family members to visit and we'd either do a egg hunt or go to church, nowadays all but 2 of my family members live out of state, any ideas on what i can do today?

I have no idea what that means, care to elaborate?
Many have done this.
We have people that are not part of our family by birth join us on Holidays.
Or you could invite others to join you.

Those who want friends must show themselves to be friendly.

You may need to initiate, rather than wait to be invited.

Or... go visit your family out of state.

It's a late reply, but it might help later.
Easter or any church celebration calender event, go to church and celebrate with your church family.
Then at home do a group zoom call to all your out of state family and catch up on what they are doing, find out about their church service etc etc etc.

Be proactive in making friends in your community and in maintaining contact with your family.
Zoom, group chats on mobiles makes keeping in touch easy.
The hardest thing will be finding a time convenient for everyone.
