For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.

Being a babe is being ignorant of the righteousness of God.

But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.

Being grown up is to be strong in the word of righteousness and overcoming sinning for the devil.

Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God.

Being an ungrown babe is to remain in place at the first principle of repenting from dead works, and not moving on to doing righteousness without sinning for the devil.

They are ever confessing and repenting of their sinning, because they never just repent and cease from sinning long enough, to grow in the grace and knowledge of doing God's righteousness, which is what Jesus did from His youth up:

And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.

OSAS teaches remaining babies ever thinking to repent of their old sinning, but never just repenting and moving on to living righteously, holily, and blamelessly in this life.

They do so by teaching Romans 7 double heartedness for life, as the normal expectation of their churches.

And then to cement their babyhood by grace, they condemn those who preach growing up to do righteousness, without also sinning for the devil at the same time.

OSAS babies are made to be afraid of not sinning for the devil along with being saved by grace, because they do not want to be accused of being self-righteous bragging perfectionists.

And by how no OSAS baby has yet to openly declare the simple truth of Scripture, That doing the righteousness of God is good and being a friend of Jesus, but committing sin for the devil is evil and being an enemy of Christ, then obviously the fear of OSAS is stronger than that of the Lord.

Howbeit no man spake openly of him for fear of the Jews.
