Parallelisms Based On The Creation Days

As with Part 1 of this two part post, Part 2 was also copied from Revelation And Its Mysteries

In Parallelisms in Revelation (Part 1 of 2), you’ve seen the parallelisms between the Trumpets and the Last Plagues. If we will compare the Seals to the Letters to the Churches, we will also notice a parallelism between them. This parallelism and that of the Trumpets and the Last Plagues have also some kind of relationship or parallelism (2nd level). Now, these parallelisms as you will see are based upon the Creation account in Genesis. There are certain things that only here can we learn or confirm. These are NOT time related parallelisms. Click the link below which is a chart of Day 1:

Chart of Day 1

The white color of the horse in the vision of the 1st Seal corresponds to the “light” of Day 1 of the Creation.

(Mat 17:2 KJV) And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.

Some may ask who the rider on the white horse is. Read Who are the 4 Living Creatures and the 24 Elders?

Remember the parallelism between the 1st Trumpet and the 1st Plague in Part 1? If not, read it again.

Abject poverty is misery. It could be a type or part of distress or anguish, so, it corresponds to “darkness” of the 1st Day. Here again are the definitions of the Hebrew word “darkness:”

[SIZE=12pt]H2822 חשׁך chôshek kho-shek’
From H2821; the dark; hence (literally) darkness; figuratively misery, destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow, wickedness: – dark (-ness), night, obscurity

Looking at the 2nd Trumpet and 2nd Plague, we can easily see that symbolic “sea” is their parallelism. That imagery came from the waters that are under the firmament and these waters are called “seas” in Day 3 of the Creation.

How about the 2nd Seal which says of a time of no peace? Here’s the answer:

(Isa 57:20 ESV) But the wicked are like the tossing sea; for it cannot be quiet, and its waters toss up mire and dirt.

Seas are naturally restless.

If peace is taken away, the result will be afflictions, destruction, poverty, death, etc. These are some of the things the 2nd Letter is telling us and they also agree with the sea of Day 2. Read it in your own bible.

The “foods” in the 3rd Letter and 3rd Seal agree with the produce of plants and fruit bearing trees of Day 3 which are given as foods in Day 6 (Rev 1:29-30). As for the “rivers” and “fountains of waters” of the 3rd Trumpet and of the 3rd Plague, which part of Day 3 do they match? There is none but there’s another account of the Creation in chapter 2 of the same book that we can look at. Before reading this account, one must remember that plants and trees were brought forth on the 3rd Day and man on the 6th Day. The chronology of this account of the Creation could be confusing. Plants and trees precede man. Also, it is important to note here that the word “east” in verse 8 could also mean “before” or “aforetime” as in Proverbs 8:22 and Jeremiah 30:20.

In verse 6, it says “And mist went up from the earth and watered the whole face of the ground.” The word “mist” here was rendered “spring” and “fountain” by Lamsa and Brenton respectively. In verse 10 to 14, we will find what we are looking for – rivers.

In the 4th Letter, we will find the phrase “great tribulation” (Rev 2:22). It agrees with “darkness” of Day 4.

In the 4th Seal, the events and the word “death” symbolize darkness and correspond to “darkness” of Day 4.

Remember the figurative meaning of darkness?

See also Job 10:18-22.

This Seal is in parallel with the 4th Letter. Does the parallelism between this seal and the 4th Letter suggest that the tribulation here (4th Seal) means the great tribulation?

In the Olivet discourse, the Lord Yeshua said:

(Mat 24:29 KJV) Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

The darkening of the sun and the moon, and the falling of the stars occurs IMMEDIATELY AFTER the Great Tribulation.

In the 6th Seal where the sun was darkened, there’s a passage that says:

Rev 7:13-14 KJV
(13) And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?
(14) And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

Looking backward from Rev 7:14, the nearest darkening of the sun, moon, and stars occurs at the beginning of the 6th Seal itself. This could be what is meant in the Olivet Prophecy.

The immediate preceding seal from this particular darkening is the 5th Seal but the Parallelism Based on Creation Days is telling or suggesting that the Great Tribulation occurs at the 4th Seal.

If we will look from the 1st Seal up to the 4th Seal, we will see that the 4th Seal has the most and greatest causes of distress in all of them. On the other hand, if we will closely examine the 5th Seal, we will see that it has no “actual” event that happens on its time, that is, between the 4th and the 6th Seals! The 5th Seal is telling of events that are past and future then but no event(s) at its present time. Why would the souls be told to wait for events that are future then if those events are to happen on that same seal?

As I see it, the immediate “actual” event that follows after the 4th Seal (Great Tribulation) is the darkening of the sun, moon, and stars of the 6th Seal. John saw this 5th Seal between the 4th and 6th seals but it has no “actual” events. In actuality, it spans no time frame. This seal contains the prayers of those slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held, and they are being consoled, maybe because what they had gone through was a great ordeal.

Let’s continue with the other correspondences.

In the 4th Trumpet, the sun (and the moon and the stars) were darkened by a third. It denotes tribulation or persecution but not the Great Tribulation, it is already past at this point in time.

In the 4th Plague, the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat… That means tribulation or persecution according to Lord Yeshua’s own words. Read Mat 13:5-6 and his explanation on Mat 13:20-21. (Again, this is not the Great Tribulation. That event is in the 4th Seal.) The sun is the parallelism between this Plague and the 4th Trumpet and that matches the sun of Day 4.

In the 4th Trumpet it is written:

(Rev 8:12 Murdock) And the fourth angel sounded, and a third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so that the third part of them were dark, and they became dark; and the day did not give light for the third part of it, and the night in like manner.

Look at the last part of the verse, the underlined one and compare it to the following passage particularly the underlined phrases:

Gen 1:16-18 ESV
(16) And God made the two great lights—the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night—and the stars.
(17) And God set them in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth,
(18) to rule over the day and over the night, and to separate the light from the darkness. And God saw that it was good.

Doesn’t the 4th Trumpet when compared to the 4th Day tells that the authority of the “Sun, Moon, and Stars” diminishes by a third? ...The authority of the Woman of Revelation 12?

(Rev 12:1 KJV) And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

Day 5 tells us about the bringing forth of the creatures of the sea and the birds that fly. The beast that implements the rule No Mark – No Buying or Selling in the 5th Trumpet and the beast of the 5th Plague are one and the same beast. It belongs to the symbolic sea as pointed out above in the topic: The Heaven, The Earth (Land), and The Sea. In here, it corresponds to the creatures of the sea of the 5th Day of Creation. How about God’s people in the 5th Letter and in the 5th Seal? Do they correspond to the birds that fly in the open firmament of heaven of Day 5? As for me, that’s what the parallelisms here in Day 5 is implying. Birds are also of the heaven like the sun, the moon, and the stars. They belong to mid-heaven. See Rev 19:17-18.

These things prove that sometimes the “heaven” and the “sea” are in their symbolic forms and that logically includes the “earth” or the “land.”

One can see from the table of Day 6 above that “mystery” is their parallelism. According to my understanding, these “mysteries” are based upon a verse of the creation account in chapter 2 of Genesis (2nd account of the creation):

(Gen 2:24 KJV) Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

The part of which this verse belongs to is an expounding of Gen 1:27 of Day 6. So, the events here also belong to Day 6. Read also the preceding verses in your own bible. Now, look at what is waiting for us who are studying these things:

(Eph 5:31 KJV) For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
(Eph 5:32 KJV) This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

Read also the early parts of this epistle. Clearly Ephesians 5:31 is quoted from Genesis 2:24. The question is – to whom does this “great mystery” refers to:

a) to the whole statement of Eph 5:31 that is quoted from Genesis 2:24 or
b) to the 2nd part of verse 32 – “but I speak concerning Christ and the church”?

Concerning the 2nd part of verse 32 – “but I speak concerning Christ and the church,” this could be a mystery based on a passage in the 3rd chapter of Ephesians:

Eph 3:4-6 KJV
(4) Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)
(5) Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
(6) That the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:

Regarding the whole statement of Eph 5:31 that is quoted from Genesis 2:24, this could also be a mystery. Look at how the parallelism goes based on Gen 2:24 of Day 6. This time it’s not between the Letters and the Seals, the Trumpets and the Bowls. It’s between the 6th Letter and the 6th Bowl, the 6th Seal and the 6th Trumpet.

6th Letter and 6th Plague

6th Letter: A house is entered through a door. If a person has the key to the house, this person can enter the house.

6th Plague: A thief usually doesn’t have a key to the house he is planning to enter. He will break in. See Mat 24:36-44 where information about the coming of the Lord Yeshua as a thief is given.

A house is a dwelling place and it corresponds to the “flesh” or “body” of Gen 2:24. According to 1Cor 6:19 a body (of a man of God) is a temple or dwelling place of the Holy Spirit.

6th Seal and 6th Trumpet

6th Seal: The Fourth Section of Revelation is the re-opening of the 6th and the 7th Seals. (One must read The Song of the 144,000 or the early parts of Revelation and Its Msyteries to understand this thing) The 6th Seal is the beginning of that mystery section and it corresponds to “a man…shall cleave unto his wife” of Gen 2:24 – a beginning of a married life of a man.

6th Trumpet: Rev 10:7 is telling about the ending of the mystery of God. It corresponds to “shall a man leave his father and his mother” of Gen 2:24. It’s the ending of a man’s bachelor life.

Maybe there is more to these correspondences which the author has not yet seen.
