I believe so, but I also believe we won't necessarily know.
Paul wrote,
1 Corinthians 4:3-5 LITV
3) But to me it is a small thing that I should be judged by you, or by a man's day. But neither do I judge myself.
4) For I know nothing of myself, but I have not been justified by this; but He judging me is the Lord.
5) Then do not judge anything before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both shed light on the hidden things of darkness and will reveal the counsels of the hearts. And then praise will be to each one from God.
His conscience was clear, but he knew he wasn't the fit judge of himself, Jesus is.
So you can have a clear conscience and not be aware of any sins committed, but Jesus is the One Who truly knows, so we should defer judgment to Him, when He comes.
In the meantime, He is our righteousness, and He is our peace.
Much love!
