Man's theory of a Pre-tribulational Rapture is dangerous to one's soul who believes it.

The reason is because that idea by men is designed to lead you to worship of the devil in the last days.

Lord Jesus showed that His coming to gather His Church is AFTER... the tribulation He forewarned us about (Matthew 24:29-31 and Mark 13:24-27).

The Pre-tribulational Rapture theory was never a doctrine of the early Church.

Pre-trib began to first be taught in certain churches in 1830's Great Britain by Edward Irving and John Nelson Darby. Prior to that ALL Christian Churches held to the Biblical Post-tribulational coming by Christ Jesus to gather His Church.

In Matthew 24 and Mark 13, Jesus warned about the coming of a pseudo-Christ (i.e., false Messiah) PRIOR to His return and gathering of His saints (His Church).

Christ's Book of Revelation reveals that coming false one to Jerusalem at the end will be the "dragon", the devil himself.

Men's false Pre-trib Rapture theory wrongly teaches that the Church are the first ones 'taken' in Christ's parable about the one taken, and the other left, at the end of Luke 17:34-37.

Jesus showed the first one 'taken' will be to where the fowls are gathered to eat on a dead carcase (Luke 17:37; see also the parallel in Matthew 24:28). That points to the devil's servants, and where the devil will be.

Thank you for this. It shows that the believers of centuries ago believed in the per-tribulation Rapture. I am personally unsure of the timing of the Rapture, pre or mid.

How so? If the pre-trib rapture is real, then we are gone, and not worshipping the devil. If the pre-trib rapture is not real, we remain indwelled by the Holy Spirit, how does that lead us to devil worship?

That seems completely non-sequitor to me. Why would I worship the devil because I've concluded the rapture is pre-trib?
