Yes @Truth7t7 that is what concerned me the most. That the USA is hiding stuff from the people and will act in a way to create a war or worse nuclear war with Russia. Russia has supposedly hyper-sonic warheads. And that worries me that the USA is thinking about missiles in Ukraine to counter that threat. Seems foolish. I don't like what is going on at all.

The truth of the matter is that NATO has not been aggressive enough. When Putin began his scheme to annex Crimea, NATO should have stopped him cold. Instead NATO sat back and did nothing. Had there been a total commitment towards energy independence in both the USA and Canada. as well as the will to hold Saudi Arabia accountable for Islamist terrorism funding (and Russian accountable for aggression in other parts of the world), gas prices could easily have been half or less of what they are now. Yeah that was also my point. We had the Cuban missile crisis a long time ago. And that was down in Cuba. The USA was ready to go to war over that with Russia. That is incorrect. Russians in Crimea were about 58.3 % of the total population in 2014. Nonetheless, Crimea was a separate country and Russia had no legal right to annex Crimea. This would be like France trying to annex Quebec because the population is predominantly French.
