Here is an article that I'd written on sexual immorality...I don't know if it will help or not, but I hope it does. :) (It's from the perspective of a woman, of course, and it's more about pornography and masturbation, but it's pretty general about lust, anyhow. :) )

Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. - Revelation 16:15

We live in a "its my prerogative" generation that feels like whatever feels right to the flesh is right. So we have talk shows in which people try to justify what two people do together as right as long as both consent to do it.

Francis Chan did a video called When you are too popular...

    http://www.youtube.c...h?v=ID1fPcT_x18

For Herod had laid hold on John, and bound him, and put him in prison for Herodias' sake, his brother Philip's wife. For John said unto him, It is not lawful for thee to have her.-Matthew 14:3-4

So you want to solve your popularity problem? Start telling people that their sexually lewd behavior is going to damn their life both in this world and the one to come!

So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. - Revelation 3:16

Not only that... But it is abominable to Christ when we are so lukewarm that the things of the flesh no longer bother us. I heard a preacher once say that God has a puke bucket before him in this Laodicean church age so when he looks on earth and sees all these abominable things going on that he will have something to regurgitate in!

I hate to sound so passionate about all of this.... But I am around it all the time at work.

My nephews and nieces use to raid my grandmothers chewing gum drawer and basically chew it all up. They would chew it until all the flavor was gone, spit it out, and then go into her drawer and get some more. I knew that when those little monsters would leave that I would be in for buying more gum for granny. No matter how hard we tried to hide the gum they would find it and then start going though it.

That's how a lot of people treat their relationships these days. They are in it to get all the pleasure they can out of it, and then when the pleasure is gone so are they. I have even heard Christians say that they didn't know why their spouse left them as they paid their half of the bills. I had a woman at work say that her husband was good looking when they first met, but now he's gained a few its time to head for greener pastures. And another thing, I can't tell you the people who get divorced and are actually happier without that individual in their life. No sense of failure over what just happened.

What ever happened to love? Has this marriage thing turned out to be a business deal? Are we so people dependent that we are only in relationships as long as the spouse can do for us? And then when they can't do for us anymore its time to split the scene? I can remember when I would break up with a girl that it would break my heart in a million pieces. I am afraid that the warm, fuzzy kind of love is hard to find these days!

One thing I want to make clear here.

The feeling of arousal is normal. There's nothing wrong or sinful about. It's a result of chemicals reacting in the body, and to certain stimuli, visual, or mental,,,, maybe even some physical. Each time without any intention of creating any stimuli for the purpose of lust.

Don't feel guilty about feeling aroused.

That said,,,,, These things are what make sexual sin soooooo hard to overcome.

    It's possible, but not easy.

Sounds like there's a lack of discipline and it's probably the result of little or no corrective punishment.

    Discipline is the answer.
For children, outward physical methods need to be applied at times.
For adults the internal qualities of consistancy, loyalty and morality need to be employed always.

Warm and fuzzy cannot exist without the bedrock of confidence that these qualities contribute.

The gateway to the demonic infestation of human flesh is by way of sexual deviance.

This includes, but is not limited to masturbation, homosexuality, group sex, beastiality and any sex outside of marriage.

Stable human society requires it, personal trust in one's friends, family and mate require it and most of the world's religions require it.
    God requires it.

Nearly all the trouble in the world can be traced to it, the only exceptions being the love of money and power, which are closely linked to it.
You cannot and will not find one without the other.

Unfortunately, our society is cunsumeristic to the core - even in our relationships. Marriage is treated like a gym membership - people want it because they believe it will help them look better and might be good for them, but come February, the membership has been tossed aside - too much work and not what they expected. Perhaps a country club membership would be better........
