You said, "The Bible is a first century book written to and about first century thinkers."No, that commentary renders it obsolete.
It's not for us?

No, not the Bible, but the commentary has secret doctrines.Maybe your Bible has secret doctrines in it My Bible doesn't and when some religion tries to teach me something I have show me in the scriptures.
A man CANNOT become God. He already was God. He came to us in the flesh. But if God became a man, then God mediates unto Himself...unless Jesus is not a part of the Godhead.
Can't have both.
Well you err because you only look at teh English!
Deuteronomy 6:4 literally reads "Hear O Israel, the Lord your Gods are a compound one"
See it is YHWH you Elohim (plural) And in Hebrew there are two nouns for the word one; Yachid and echad. Echad is used when you have a compound one. An example. The Smiths live at 6 anywhere street. there is a father, Mother, and four children. Yet they are ONE family not six.
The Father is called God, The son is called god, and The spirit is called God. They are all true God and they are not the same person as the modalist heresy says. they are three unique and distinct individuals who all share the same essence- absolute Deity. that is why Jesus said "If you see me you see the Father" and I and the Father are one.

Yes it is.You said, "The Bible is a first century book written to and about first century thinkers."
It's not for us?
No, he was MADE God, not "became" God.A man CANNOT become God. He already was God. He came to us in the flesh.
Same EXACT thing! No, he was MADE God, not "became" God.
Is there any part of the Bible you believe?Nor can a Spirit God become a man...
Emphasis on "that He should lie".19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
Your Jesus is not Jesus of the Bible!Jesus was a man/son of man.
You constantly reject the Bible. Now you reject commentary. You don't seem to have much left but your opinions.Yes it is.
Commentary is not for us...it is deceitful.
You just debunked this...Same EXACT thing!
Is there any part of the Bible you believe?
"God was manifested in the flesh"
Emphasis on "that He should lie".
Your Jesus is not Jesus of the Bible!
John 1 The Word was God. The Word became flesh ...
I reject your concept of the Bible per your commentary. You constantly reject the Bible. Now you reject commentary. You don't seem to have much left but your opinions.
Gee, you seem to forget, He hadn't came in the flesh yet.You just debunked this...
19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
Is that supposed to make any sense?I reject your concept of the Bible per your commentary.
Gee, you seem to forget, He hadn't came in the flesh yet.
Repost...Gee, you seem to forget, He hadn't came in the flesh yet.
1 Timothy 3:16 (NKJV)Repost...
19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
And He began to teach them that the Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders and the chief priests and the scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
Which is perfectly illustrated here...1 Timothy 3:16 (NKJV)
16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.
Wouldn't it be much easier for you to just write your own bible instead of trashing our Christian Bibles all the time?Which is perfectly illustrated here...
19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
And all this time you thought it said God was manifest INTO flesh?
No, not the Bible, but the commentary has secret doctrines.
I just quoted you a scripture and you call it trashing?Wouldn't it be much easier for you to just write your own bible instead of trashing our Christian Bibles all the time?
You don't just quote, you TWIST! And what's really sad is that nobody else here seems to care.I just quoted you a scripture and you call it trashing?
