@Base12 I hope you find this....so examining your studies I started thinking on blood covering sin (old testament).....Jesus blood removes sin (new testament).
Now being a nurse I am well aware of how the circulatory system works.
The Bible says the blood is life. Yet if the heart stops pumping you die almost instantly.
So life (Jesus blood) covers death (sin)
And yet it's the heart that gets judged.
This is one of those you can't have one without the other in the physical sense so it has to have spiritual connotations to it and I am trying to link it together.
Any thoughts?
I would say:
LIFE is always IN something...a VESSEL (is the most common word for what LIFE is IN is called).
The LIFE of a Flesh man is Dependent upon its internal BLOOD Vessels, to KEEP the body's internal systems, skeletal, circulatory, nervous, muscular, etc. and organs at optimal health-wise condition.
I believe the SOUL is a type of "unseen Vessel", containing Gods Breath of LIFE.
And once that Vessel is imparted into a man, that man's Own individual physical LIFE is activated to Beginning Its OWN individual BLOOD LIFE. <--- which IS Subject to Die and Shall Die.
I believe;
The Natural man has a natural Carnal Mind, that can think, learn, devise, plot...Good or Wickedly Evil things...and carry out Plots, or Not.
Since Gods Breath of Life, in the Soul, is in the man...Everything the man thinks Carnally, affects the Soul within him....positively or Negatively.
The Heart...is the Primary Muscle...of the Circulatory System...thus the most important muscle in the human body.
The Carnal Mind, The Soul, The Heart...
All types of Vessels within the Primary Vessel...called an Earthly man.
The Carnal Mind, Soul, "spirit of man"...
All have thoughts that internally may be in Harmony one with the other OR in disagreement One with the Other.
Carnal Mind- Logical guesswork between this and that.
Soul- senses, feelings, reaction to Acts of the Carnal Mind...and spirit of man.
Natural spirit of man- Absolute Truth in his heart, regardless of the Minds thoughts, or souls sense.
Man changes his Mind Regularly. Learns new information...decides to believe something different that seems more Logically sound.
It is a resounding YES...that Jesus' teaching IS About...Making a man WHOLE...By and Through the Power of Christ Jesus.
WHOLE- meaning that the man's:
Mind, Soul, Spirt...Become IN Spiritual Harmony With Gods Absolute Spiritual Truth.
This is where the Natural spirit (Truth) in a man's heart comes into the point.
Making a man WHOLE, is accomplished BY Christ the Lord...However...Before the Making within a man can be Accomplished...the individual man...must truly desire and ask for what the Lord Offers.
The Answer for a mans TRUE Desire...is in his Truth in his Natural Heart.
Once the man asks with all truthfulness of his Heart (natural spirit's Desire)...
That man receives a New Heart, the SEED of God, the Birth of a new supernatural spirit, a new Truth...Gods Truth.
Ezek 18:31
Ezek 36:26
The Body...Spiritually DEAD, becomes Spiritually washed in Jesus Blood. It, that Spiritually DEAD body's sins are forgiven and washed....thereafter a man lives Spiritually IN Christ's RISEN Body.
But what about the Physical Body?
Jesus stressed Repeatedly...Believe in Him and the one who Sent Him.
Jesus stressed Repeatedly...vowing a Heartful Belief in Him and the one who sent Him...would result in Forgiveness Once and Forever....and the man KEPT faithful to God and Christ Jesus BY the Power of God (not man).
The physical body was born in sin, from the Seed of a sinful man. A mans SIN of his Natural body has Not yet been changed, to Immortal.
However With Gods POWER/Light/Spirit within a man...a mans physical Bodily sin..(darkness)...becomes Overshadowed....that a mans "forgiven sin", can No Longer be Seen by God. Forgiven Sin, unseen by God is Forgotten by God.
Does it mean your FLESH Body is "SINLESS"? No, it means your sin is forgiven, covered by His Light and remembered no more by God...and further...you can Never Again Commit Sin Against God...by His Power.
(But count on men to dictate you have sinned against them...and repeatedly they will rise to the occasion to remind you...as if that is of any importance to you what men do.)
Glory to God,
Taken
