I think it is the sign of the cross
what do you think
I think I know what it is.
But it's hard to word it out.
I've heard people say it's a burning cross in the sky. But I don't think it's that. Because all the tribes of the earth are not going to mourn a burning cross. Half the people would probably be out trying to take a picture of it.
A few others might be waving their fists, cursing the God of heaven for their pain and their sores, but they refused to repent of what they had done.
The big hint is that ALL the tribes of the earth will mourn.
And the next thing you know people can see Jesus coming and He sends angels to gather the elect from the sky.
I think the sign of the Son of Man, is a progression of the sign of Jonah.
Destroy this temple, and in three days He will raise it up.
In three days.
Is this where Paul got the idea of the "Body" of Christ?
Destroy the old temple, and Jesus' three days in the heart of the earth, will mean that He will raise US up, His Body. The Eclesia.
When the dead in Christ rise, and then we who remain alive follow after them, we will light up the stratosphere. Some will shine as bright as the sky, and others will shine like the stars forever.
Add to this a billion or more shining angels sent to gather us from the four winds of heavens.
The stratosphere will be a lit in the greatest light show in the history of mankind.
But not everyone gets to go.
All the tribes remaining on the earth will mourn.
We will not mourn.
In this scenario, we won't see the sign of the Son of Man, because we ARE the sign of the Son of Man.
I recommend to read this note. It's written by a dentist from Montreal, and helps to lay the ground work.
Smart guy.
Peaceful Sabbath.
