I read about a man from Japan who worked at the London stock exchange but didn't like it. He said it was because he didn't have enough stress.
So he went to work at the Tokyo stock exchange and there - finally - obtained the stress he needed.
(The moral: it's a cultural thing also; sometimes our Western presuppositions don't fit everyone's ideas...)
