811 dark chocolate has been fixed and is ready to go
Just a few minutes ago the white chocolate showed up...
(I bought a better white this year...W2 Callebaut)

Things are getting together....

@Devin Wintch Do you have much planned for Christmas?

I hope we'll have a family party this year. I'm concerned the family won't get together. I have a large family and we always have turkey and ham feasts. It's super nice to see everyone. We've skipped a few parties though because of COVID so far :(

Having seafood along with the ham and turkey at Christmas is usually something done in Australia.

That sounds great, I grew up on the bay, so seafood is something I really enjoy. I did date a lady for several years that was from New Zealand, and she used to cook Lamb a lot.
