The Church decided the canon. How do you know you have the correct canon?

No – it was the Catholic Church which is headquartered in Rome that was led by the Holy Spirit to compile and declare the Canon.
Time for a History Lesson . . .

The Synod of Rome (382) is where the canon was first formally identified – ALL 73 (not 66) Books.

- 11 years after that, it was confirmed at the Synod of Hippo (393).

- 4 years later, at the Council (or Synod) of Carthage (397), it was yet again confirmed. The bishops wrote at the end of their document, "But let Church beyond sea (Rome) be consulted about confirming this canon". There were 44 bishops, including St. Augustine who signed the document.

- 7 years later, in 405, in a letter from Pope Innocent I to Exsuperius, Bishop of Toulouse, he reiterated the canon.

- 14 years after that, at the 2nd Council (Synod) of Carthage (419) the canon was again formally confirmed.

The Canon of Scripture was officially closed at the Council of Trent in the 16th century because of the perversions happening within Protestantism and the random editing and deleting of books from the Canon.

Nope – ALL of the credit goes to the Holy Spirit who inspired it and led His Church to declare the Canon.

Lutherans, Baptists, Presbyterians, “Evangelicals”, et al - are “sects” of Christianity.

What are your thoughts on the Orthodox Study Bible having 76 Books?

The Orthodox canon is a little more fluid than the Catholic canon. In many ways, this is similar to the way the Jewish canon was seen – and why they were able to eject the Deuterocanonical Books on the 2nd century. The Orthodox canon has ALL of the Books that are in the Catholic canon. I don’t agree with their canon – but I understand why it’s different, in light of the Great Schism.

then show us from nature where the death and resurrection of Jesus for the sins of man is explained and detailed so one can believe.

What is your opinion NOW of that RCC place , THAT THE LORD led you out of my friend .

its what i feared my friend . many will soon beleive in just this version of love
and will beleive that if any has love they know GOD . WHEN IN TRUTH its a love of the world .

A total betrayal of TRUSTING IN CHRIST ALONE . you all really do trust in works but dont realize it .

its the preaching OF THE CROSS we preach . not creation and anything else .
David i cannot see this at all in His creation .
Proof of GOD , HIS existance , THAT I can see in nature , in the stars and moon and planets ,etc
BUT it lacks one major thing .
