Hi John and welcome to the forum. This is a great question so let’s see what the Bible has to say about it.....What happened to the Garden of Eden after the Great flood? Was it taken up to heaven after Adam and Eve where expelled? I look forward to some replies.

The land is still here sir, Jehovah blocked entry through sentries posted for a while, most likely it went back primitive as all land abandoned does. No one on earth knows the location of it today. Some believe they can narrow it down to an area, however, their findings of course is simply speculation.
I suspect the Garden of Eden remains where it was, though it likely isn't a garden any more. What happened to the Garden of Eden after the Great flood? Was it taken up to heaven after Adam and Eve where expelled? I look forward to some replies.

It would seem that that is what happened. The tree of life -- which was originally in the Garden of Eden -- is shown in Heaven in this passage in Revelation:What happened to the Garden of Eden after the Great flood? Was it taken up to heaven after Adam and Eve where expelled?
Jesus is the Door leading into it. He is also the Tree of Life within it from which each overcomer is able to partake.
"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6
Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." John 10:7-10
"He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God." Rev 2:7
"Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.
Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him." John 6:53-56
"Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city." Rev 22:14

Access to the Door and thus the Tree of Life was blocked when Adam and Eve disobeyed God. Jesus was sent to open the Way that had been closed. Thanks to him it is now open, but in order to enter in and be welcomed a person must be properly attired and prepared. God has also provided all that is needed for a person to accomplish that.I can see your comparison Amad, and agree that Jesus can be considered the tree of life, as anyone who receives everlasting life receives it through him, however the tree of life existed prior to sin sir, so I don't think it was placed there to foreshadow him.

Those who really love God will walk the straight and narrow pathway as He directs them.
"O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps." Jerem 10:23
"Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;" Eph 6:11-18
The Bible student only learns where Eden went after much Bible study in most of The Bible.
Eden by the way, in the Greek Septuagint Old Testament, which the early Church used, it translates Eden as the Greek word for Paradise. Recall that Jesus on His cross told the malefactor that believed on Him, that He would be with Him that day in "paradise" (Luke 23:43).
Thus wherever our Heavenly Father is, that is where His Paradise or Eden is.
Here is the Genesis Scripture pointing to when He removed His Eden off this earth...
Gen 3:22-24
22 And the LORD God said, 'Behold, the man is become as one of Us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
23 Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
24 So He drove out the man; and He placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
KJV
Ezekiel 47 reveals the future return of that 'tree of life', along with God's River that flowed out of Eden to feed four other rivers upon the earth per Genesis 2. And the future location of that is even shown in Ezekiel 47. Our Heavenly Father and His Son once lived upon this earth before, and He will return to live with us per His Promise.
“however the tree of life existed prior to sin” when I think of tree I think of fruit…
you suggested the tree of life was not placed there to foreshadow Him
who is foreshadowed in “My”
Proverbs 8:19-28
[19] My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold; and my revenue than choice silver. [20] I lead in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment: [21] That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures. [22] The Lord possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old. [23] I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was. [24] When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water. [25] Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth: [26] While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world. [27] When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth: [28] When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:
who can say whoever finds me finds Life? Or all they that hate me love death?
Proverbs 8:35-36 For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the Lord. [36] But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.
Did not God know from the beginning what men would do?You are comparing Jesus with the tree of life I gather, and yes I see the similarities, and believe if you want to label it that way that Jesus is actually the new tree of life. However, I do not see the original tree of life as being Jesus, nor intended to prefigure Jesus, as Jesus as a ransomer was not needed until Adam sinned.
Give God the glory! He is able in every situation. There is no doubt in my mind that those who truly love God will be guided by Him sir, in fact it is He that makes the seeds we plant grow, based on their love for Him. By putting on that Spiritual armor, we will be able to quench all satans fiery missiles, and he has a lot.
Did not God know from the beginning what men would do?
Did not God always have a plan to handle every contingency?
Did not God even speak His Word for men, all of it pertaining, even before He created men? Should we limit God to time?
Give God the glory! He is able in every situation.
I won't tempt God by saying I know, when I do not. I do believe that each believer can see more than when he first believed if... yes if, he has continued to seek first things firsts according to God.Did not God know from the beginning what men would do?
I believe He knows the finale from the beginning, but I certainly hope He chose to not know Adam would sin.
My son did that...but then he married a woman with a pregnant daughter. Neither parent would or could properly care for that boy. My son took on the responsibility of bringing up that neglected boy, now 12 years old. That boy has been a blessing to both my son and his wife as well as for my wife and me. We should be slow to decide things for God. Consider why Abraham had a son named Ismael..!Would you put all living things through what they have had to endure? I wouldn't, in fact I have proven that as I chose not to have children so they would not have to go through it.
No, we do not know more than what God has revealed to us. What did God already know before He revealed anything to any man?Did not God always have a plan to handle every contingency? Not sure, but He will become whatever is necessary to see His purpose fulfilled. He instantly gave the solution right after the sin in the Garden of Eden. Gen 3:15
Did not God even speak His Word for men, all of it pertaining, even before He created men?
We have no way of knowing, in fact He primarily gave it around a millennium after He created man.
...Which means dealing with God! Time is, however, relevant to men, unless and until, a man becomes that much like Him...:Should we limit God to time? Time is essentially irrelevant when dealing with eternity Amad.
Give God the glory! He is able in every situation. Amen, Amad.
