Hello
@Dave L.
In Romans chapter two, it is revealed that there are those, who though never having heard the gospel, have sought to please God, these will be judged according to their works, in that day when Christ will judge the secrets of men's hearts.
' ... ... the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
Who will render to every man according to his deeds:
To them who by patient continuance in well doing
seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth,
but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,
Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil,
of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;
But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good,
to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: ... '
For there is no respect of persons with God.'
(Rom 2:5-11)
* Here we see that those outside of Christ are judged according to their works, and there will be those who will be granted life, who though never having heard the gospel, have sought by well doing for glory and honour: these are spoken of as having 'worked good'.
* So, I cannot agree that all outside of Christ necessarily serve Satan.
