I have not cast a vote because without looking up some definitions or descriptions of those you list, I don't know enough about them to fit myself in one of the categories. A very short definition of each would be helpful. I normally study my Bible, but I rarely get into your terminology although I have learned a little on forums such as this.Myself? I feel I'm a Mixture of Calvinism and Baptist, but disagree with some points of both.
....and it sure would help me to know what you call yourself so I will better know how to respond (with love of course) to your post ;)
And where would Pentecostals fit? Are they among the ones listed or...?By the way, I did not add Mormons or Jehovah Witness to the polls. Both are Cults IMO

I guess then because of my own background and my current beliefs, that will subtract me out. I could not change what God has developed in me unless I were to walk away from Him. I won't do that!I have seen Pentecostals in every spiritual building I have entered. My simple definition of Pentecostals, for now, is those Christians who start moving a little to much when singing and hold their hands up in the air. I used to get SPOOKED by that lol. Yea I will add Pentecostals.

Give God the glory!
Sorry if I misunderstood. I presumed you meant you were adding the Pentecostals to the category of cult.My wife just said you misinterpreted me. I like to have her read some things I post. She is like Mozart when it comes to writing. All the disciplines i have listed in the polls, I believe many of each will be saved and I do not believe any of them to be cultish. Does this clarify?

Just to be clear I avoid ever using the word, "cult" as is commonly done by many believers to designate any group that confesses and professes to follow Jesus. Some people call the Catholic Church a cult. Some people call the United Pentecostal Church a cult. While I am not directly affiliated with either of them any more, both of them were instrumental in the development of my walk with Jesus.

I am a Traditional Christian or if you like Liturgical Christian, I am not an evangelical, Calvinist, or anything like that. I could be considered a mixture of Catholic and Orthodox, though in neither Church :)
Pentecostals are on that list but at the bottom. Does that tell you something about the poster or about Pentecostalism? ;)And where would Pentecostals fit? Are they among the ones listed or...?
Catholics and Orthodox (or a mixture thereof) do not not hold to the evangelical doctrines nor the Five Solas. However, As long as you believe that you are saved by his grace...

Hello jshiii,
Maybe we are all mutts, lol. Are you a proponent of the "L" in TULIP? That is a tough one to accept.
Yes. For all practical purposes.Do Catholics really worship Mary?
Well Catholic priests are still authorized to give absolution of sins, and donations are still made for those in Purgatory to alleviate their punishment. BTW I am not a Catholic, so the Catholics will tell you that I have no idea about their teachings.Just please tell me Enoch, which you are one, do you guys still pay $$ to priest, to forgive your sins? Or was this just a joke that everyone made up about Catholics?
Yes. For all practical purposes.
What's so difficult to understand about "L" ? Simple, you either believe (elect) in our Lord Jesus Christ or you choose to not believe (non-elect). Our God is a God of Justice. You have to have Justice, before Grace and Grace before Salvation. Our God is A Just God! So I know it's not tough for you Nancy ;)
Only tough for those who choose not to believe in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
