Actually it is because I have done my serious research that I simply send out flaming zingers.

If Pope Francis was not such a fraud, one could at least respect him for being a consistently conservative Catholic. But he is never on the side of the angels, so you can surmise which side he is on.
Jackkk Chickkk comics is not serious research, or at least that is your mentality.

VATICAN CITY - Pope Francis has called on the faithful to consult the Bible with the same frequency as they might consult their cellphones for messages.

Francis urged a packed St. Peter’s Square following his weekly Angelus blessing Sunday to give the Bible the same place in daily life as cellphones, asking: “What would happen if we turned back when we forget it, if we opened it more times a day, if we read the message of God contained in the Bible the way we read messages on our cellphones?”

Pope Francis Calls for End of Violence in Nicaragua

Pope Francis on June 3, 2018, called for an end to violence in Nicaragua, where protests against the government of President Daniel Ortega and his proposed social security changes have claimed 15 lives in the past week — and more than 110 since protests started in April.

The Holy Father’s comments came after praying the noonday Angelus in St. Peter’s square with a crowd of pilgrims estimated by Vatican Police at 15,000.

On June 2, police laid siege to a Catholic church in Masaya, some 20km south of the capital Managua, after around 30 opposition supporters sought refuge there, reported Vatican News. They had been attacked by riot police and pro-government militias. Two people died in the church before local Church authorities intervened and those holed up there were released.

“I join my Brother Bishops of Nicaragua in expressing grief for the grave violence, with dead and wounded, carried out by armed groups to suppress social protests,” Pope Francis said. “I pray for the victims and their families. The Church is always for dialogue, but this requires active commitment to respect freedom and, first of all, life. I pray that all violence may cease and that conditions may be ensured for taking up dialogue again as soon as possible.”

Santa Marta: Persecution Arises from the Devil

‘Even today there are many martyrs, many people who are persecuted for their love of Christ.’

JUNE 01, 2018 17:56JIM FAIRPOPE'S MORNING HOMILY
Persecution is widespread and is instigated by the Devil. That was the message Pope Francis delivered in his homily at Mass on June 1, 2018, at Casa Santa Marta in the Vatican.

“Persecution is rather like the ‘air’ that Christians breathe even today,” said the Pope, as reported in Vatican News. “Because even today there are many martyrs, many people who are persecuted for their love of Christ. There are many countries where Christians have no rights. If you wear a cross, you go to jail. And there are people in jail.

“There are people condemned to death today simply because they are Christians. The number of people killed is higher than the number of early martyrs. It’s higher! But this doesn’t make news. Television newscasts and newspapers don’t cover these things. Meanwhile, Christians are being persecuted”.

The Devil is behind every sort of persecution, the Pope explained. This includes cultural colonization, war, hunger, and slavery.

“The Devil is behind every persecution, both of Christians and all human beings,” Francis insisted. “The Devil tries to destroy the presence of Christ in Christians, and the image of God in men and women. He tried doing this from the very beginning, as we read in the Book of Genesis: he tried to destroy that harmony that the Lord created between man and woman, the harmony that comes from being made in the image and likeness of God. And he succeeded.

“He managed to do it by using deception, seduction…the weapons he uses. He always does this. But there is a powerful ruthlessness against men and women today: otherwise how to explain this growing wave of destruction towards men and women, and all that is human”.

The Holy Father pointed out that 70 years after the United Nations adopted its Declaration of Human Rights, violations of human dignity persist. And it is human dignity the Devil wishes to destroy.

“Wars can be considered a kind of instrument to destroy people, made in the image of God,” Francis concluded. “But so are the people who make war, who plan war in order to exercise power over others. There are people who promote the arms industry to destroy humanity, to destroy the image of man and woman, physically morally, and culturally.

“Even if they are not Christians, the Devil persecutes them because they are the image of God. We must not be ingenuous. In the world today, all humans, and not only Christians are being persecuted, because the Father of all persecutions cannot bare that they are the image and likeness of God. So he attacks and destroys that image.”

Isn't that right, Enoch111?

Way of Life.oog has a book called ROME AND THE BIBLE: TRACING THE HISTORY OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH AND ITS PERSECUTION OF THE BIBLE AND OF BIBLE BELIEVERS, produced by Baptist Secessionists. It gives a long list of Bibles that were allegedly persecuted. No historical context is given. These idiots are an embarrassment to Baptists.

The reason the bigots are so fat is because bible hate cults keep feeding them.

When you all curse Judaism, and the literal offspring of Abraham, you are POISONING THE ROOT of your own faith! Who made any of you the judge of Judaism or the literal offspring of Abraham? You say, or imply, that the land of the nation Israel(land of the literal offspring of Abraham) means nothing and is just causing trouble in the world, blah, blah, blah...who made any of you the judge and jury to condemn ANYTHING let alone the actual land GOD GAVE TO THE LITERAL OFFSPRING OF ABRAHAM????

Please! I mean no disrespect, OK. When you say Judaism, are you speaking of the Orthodox Judaism, of today, or are you trying to express a group of OT believers, that were supposed to keep Moses, Abraham's decedent's at least up to the time of Christ!

You see God knows who are still the remnant of the seed of Abraham, who are still the Root We are to be Grafted into! I am Pro-Israel!!

WHY THE "ONE WORLD RELIGION" THEORY IS IMPOSSIBLE

The Catechism on Islam by James Akin

Read more: https://www.catholicfidelity.com/the-catechism-on-islam-by-james-akin/

There are two important things to note here: First, that men and women are not to be forced to act contrary to their beliefs but, second, that this freedom from coercion is operative only within due limits.

This principle of liberty is advanced simply because duties always entail corresponding rights, and persons cannot discharge their obligation to seek the truth “unless they enjoy immunity from external coercion as well as psychological freedom.” This freedom has its foundation “not in the subjective disposition of the person, but in his very nature”. Hence it applies even to those who do not live up to their obligation of seeking the truth and adhering to it. But again, there is a limitation: The exercise of this right “is not to be impeded, provided that just public order be observed” (2). In other words, “within due limits” includes the observance of “just public order”.

The Council teaches that the reason for religious liberty “is that the exercise of religion, of its very nature, consists before all else in those internal, voluntary and free acts whereby man sets the course of his life directly toward God. No merely human power can either command or prohibit acts of this kind.” These acts “transcend by their very nature the order of terrestrial and temporal affairs”. Therefore, government ought to “take account of the religious life of the citizenry and show it favor” but “it would clearly transgress the limits set to its power, were it to presume to command or inhibit acts that are religious” (3).
Dignitatis humanae

No Pope can over-ride or cancel the teachings of a previous Pope, contrary to the psychotic babbling of fear mongering "Bible-Christian" hate cults.

POPE'S POLITICAL LEANINGS EXPOSED!!!

Pope Francis was asked by a reporter if his political leanings were to the right or to the left. The Pope replied: "Neither, I follow Catholic social teaching.

KEY PRINCIPLES OF CATHOLIC SOCIAL TEACHING

Human Dignity
In a world warped by materialism and declining respect for human life, the Catholic Church proclaims that human life is sacred and that the dignity of the person is the foundation of a moral vision for society. Our belief in the sanctity of human life and the inherent dignity of the human person is the foundation of all the principles of our social teaching.

Community and the Common Good
In a global culture driven by excessive individualism, our tradition proclaims that the person is not only sacred but also social. How we organize our society -- in economics and politics, in law and policy -- directly affects human dignity and the capacity of individuals to grow in community. Our Church teaches that the role of the government and other institutions is to protect human life and human dignity and promote the common good.

Option for the Poor and Vulnerable
Catholic teaching proclaims that a basic moral test is how our most vulnerable members are faring. In a society marred by deepening divisions between rich and poor, our tradition recalls the story of the Last Judgment (Mt. 25) and instructs us to put the needs of the poor and vulnerable first.

Participation
All people have a right to participate in the economic, political, and cultural life of society. It is a fundamental demand of justice and a requirement for human dignity that all people be assured a minimum level of participation in the community. Conversely, it is wrong for a person or a group to be excluded unfairly or to be unable to participate in society. In the words of the U.S. bishops, "The ultimate injustice is for a person or group to be treated actively or abandoned passively as if they were non-members of the human race. To treat people this way is effectively to say they simply do not count as human beings."

Dignity of Work and Rights of Workers
In a marketplace where too often the quarterly bottom line takes precedence over the rights of workers, we believe that the economy must serve people, not the other way around. If the dignity of work is to be protected, then the basic rights of workers must be respected -- the right to productive work, to decent and fair wages, to organize and join unions, to private property and to economic initiative.

Stewardship of Creation
Catholic tradition insists that we show our respect for the Creator by our stewardship of creation. We are called to protect people and the planet, living our faith in relationship with all of God’s creation. This environmental challenge has fundamental moral and ethical dimensions which cannot be ignored.

Solidarity

Catholic social teaching proclaims that we are our brothers' and sisters' keepers, wherever they live. We are one human family, whatever our national, racial, ethnic, economic, and ideological differences. Solidarity means that "loving our neighbor" has global dimensions in an interdependent world.

Role of Government
Because we are social beings, the state is natural to the person. Therefore, the state has a positive moral function. It is an instrument to promote human dignity, protect human rights, and build the common good. It's purpose is to assist citizens in fulfilling their responsibility to others in society. Since, in a large and complex society these responsibilities cannot adequately be carried out on a one-to-one basis, citizens need the help of government in fulfilling these responsibilities and promoting the common good. According to the principle of subsidiarity, the functions of government should be performed at the lowest level possible, as long as they can be performed adequately. If they cannot, then a higher level of government should intervene to provide help.

Promotion of Peace
Catholic teaching promotes peace as a positive, action-oriented concept.
In the words of Pope John Paul II, "Peace is not just the absence of war. It involves mutual respect and confidence between peoples and nations. It involves collaboration and binding agreements.”
Peace is the fruit of justice and is dependent upon right order among human beings.

The humility of Christ and His authority was foreign to the scribes and Pharisees,
so they slandered Him.

If we understood the true meaning of the word 'antichrist', then we shall not be surprised that the pope washes the feet of people. Nor that the church he represents be active in social work and benevolent societies. A counterfeit would not be doing its work if it didn't look like the real thing.

PS. I would add that the pope is a Jesuit. Jesuits specialise in presenting a fair image to the world to deceive and/or destroy Protestantism. If they have changed policy from the continual practice of the last 500 years I haven't heard of it.

He's a Jesuit pope. The Jesuit Oath says the Jesuit is to do whatever is necessary to advance the cause of the papacy. And since the papacy itself declares "fascism" to be it's ideal system according to their own words:

"Fascism is the regime that most closely corresponds to the concepts of the Church of Rome" - Catollica Civilta

...we should expect the papacy to employ similar tactics as those of Absalom in its quest for global power.

In previous ages messages were sent by word of mouth or by letter. Today we have a media that communicates in pictures and sound and that instantly.
Great technology but it is also manipulative. For instance a picture can be taken to support a particular theme and sent around the globe duplicated a million times in the space of seconds but these pictures can be set up to convey messages which mightn’t be true. The sum of it is that it is not wise to trust a picture.

A forum masochist posts for the pleasure of being refuted.
A forum sadist posts for the pleasure of inflicting as much pain as his keyboard will produce.
A forum sadomasochist is a very sick individual.
Not once have you documented any of your historical nightmares, posting dozens of lies one after the other. Humility is a foreign virtue to you. You can't stand the Pope's humility so you slander him, and have not made a single comment on any of my posts in this thread. Instead, you post this idiotic rabbit trail of the so called Jesuit Oath.
"quest for global power" is a paranoid delusion and has already been addressed as stupid and impossible.
More that a few members in here are sick of you anti-Catholic venom. The Jesuit Oath is a prime example of angry "Bible Christian" hate cultism. I don't understand why you haven't been banned a long time ago.
You should take your hate and lies to the CARM forum where it would be welcomed.

Jack Chick’s Lies: The Real Alberto Rivera Exposed
Alberto Rivera, the alleged former Catholic priest, bishop, and anti-Catholic hero of Jack Chick comic strips, was exposed as a total fraud by non-Catholic (evangelical Protestant) Gary Metz, in two articles appearing in evangelical magazines:

1) “The Alberto Story,” Cornerstone, vol. 9, no. 53, 1981, pp. 29-31.
*
2) Christianity Today, March 13, 1981.

I have heard that the Christian Research Institute (CRI), founded by the late Dr. Walter Martin, widely regarded as the foremost evangelical counter-cult specialist, has also done an exposé of Rivera. Here are some excerpts from the first article above:
Jack Chick's Lies: The Real Alberto Rivera Exposed
Rivera/Chick propagate the "Jesuit Oath"
The Jesuit Oath

Sometimes one finds himself completely outside the realm of “the possible” and in the strange realm of “where the heck did they come up with this stuff?” The Jesuit Oath is one such example. It is completely ludicrous, and to believe that people actually believe this stuff is simply staggering.
The Jesuit Oath Debunked

So what we have is a document anonymously circulated during a heated election campaign. Both sides disavowed its authenticity. It was included in a House Report summarizing an investigation of that election, because it was attached to a document submitted by one of the candidates. The Report was reprinted in the Congressional Record.

All in all, no sane person could conclude that this constitutes any sort of "authentication" of this document by Congress.

Anyone who is interested in checking behind my research can read all about it – any law school library will have a copy. The citation is H.R. Rep. No. 62-1523 (1913), reprinted in the Congressional Record for February 15, 1913, at pp. 3215-3220.

I think that this, without a doubt shows that neither Oath is credible, and allow me to point out that even Congress believes this to be so, because in the Congressional Record, the Committee on Elections states the following:

This committee cannot condemn too strongly the publication of the false and libelous article referred to in the paper of Mr. Bonniwell, and which was the spurious Knights of Columbus oath, a copy of which is appended to the paper. (H.R. Rep. No. 62-1523 (1913), reprinted in the Congressional Record for February 15, 1913, at p. 3221)

All of which leaves me with only one last thing to say:

You shall not utter a false report. (Exodus 23:1 [RSV])
