Mostly because it is twitter is my first guess!

Second, it probably couldn't be verified.

third if you paid as much attention to teh atrocities the Russians are committing to Ukranians, I would pay more attnetion to these unverified things.

I only saw one that could be called asomething close to sanctrioned actions. But the tying up of these people, could have been because they were spies or traitors or something.

This is a former soviet country that still has a soviet mindset in many areas and do things very different than Americans do!

As for the guy with the dildo? That looked like a random act by an individual againsat some women. You know stuff that happens every day in America and rarely if ever gets reported.
