Unity of the faith - at what cost?

easy i dont know of any of these type churches. every church i know preaches the word in season out of season reprove and rebuke. the pastors i know are by far ear ticklers. maybe you have had a bad church experience i dont know.. but you seem really down on church.. its a tough job as a pastor and trying to feed sheep who have no desire to eat.

Friend i know of more churches who preach the wrong stuff than i even want to remember .
Oh it can be a very tough indeed to get folks to listen .
No doubt about that my friend .
No doubt about that .
How much joy there is when the peoples walk in truth . But how sad and vexing it canbe
to watch so many resist the truth and pander rather to another jesus that pleases the flesh . That my friend is
hard to watch .

a woman went to her pastor after service. telling him this was her last sunday. explaining to him all the things going on in the church. sleeping playing on phone etc. he shook his head and agreed it was there. he then asked her to take a glass of water and walk around the Church with out spilling it.. she took the challenge walked with out spilling one drop. the pastor asked if she saw any of the problems she mentioned. her reply was No . he then proceeded to explain why . he told her your focus was on the glass of water and not spilling any of it.. moral of the story is yes there are problems in the Church ..but if we will focus and keep our eyes on Jesus none of these things will be noticed.. a old time preacher man use say 2 things 1. we have just enough oil to take care of us. 2. if your looking for a perfect church and find it.. it wont be very long because we are there....
with all the problem in the world this still stands true today.. get your eyes on a glass of water.. amen or o me

IF we keep our eyes ON JESUS we see the problems and errors and WOULD DARN sure have corrected them.
JUST LIKE JESUS corrected HIS OWN and others in error and sin
JUST LIKE PAUL DID , james did
and even wrote for the church to do so .
You have been tricked big time . That pastor is a sell out and needs to step down .
HE is a coward . HE has no business leading that church . HE IS A COWARD .
IF he was honest he would have said
HEY SISTER shut up , I need to make money and you getting in the way
with all this correcting stuff . HE IS A SELL OUT . I expose his doctrine.
THIS is nothing more than HEY stop trying to make my job hard .
That pastor has ZERO business leading the church .
Lets examine his mindset with our own children .
Lets say a child was misbehaving and other children were too .
THEN a lady says to US parents , HEY your kids are doing bad
and need correction . BUT ALL WE SAY TO HER IS
HEY walk around the school with a glass of water .
THEN we say , HEY DID you notice those kids doing evil .
And we say NO . WHAT A CROCK OF DUNG this is . ALL IT DOES IS STOP CORRECTION . its a sell out

God will and does inspire people with the Holy Spirit to SEE that certain things need 'changing' so that the local Body returns back to the Holy Scriptures over man-made doctrines.

When that individual speaks of those concerns, the pastor and board members usually show that person the way OUT.
