There is a big difference between a conservative strict Muslim father who is the supreme leader and the son of the supreme leader, who is now the supreme leader, that is Gay. This means liberalism in Iran.

i don't think this particular flop of a peace deal (that fell trough yesterday again) is the one but they are preparing a new one or rewriting or expanding the abraham accords, that might be the one to look for..
Right now it's not. But if Israel will pull out from Lebanon, it could be. Right now people are not saying we have peace and security. Iran says they will not open Hormuz, as long as Israel remains within Lebanon.

Statement from Iranian state media Tasnim that the Strait of Hormuz should remain closed even if the U.S. does everything it promised in the memorandum of understanding (lifts blockade, sanctions relief, releases Iranian assets, etc.) as long as Israeli forces remain in Lebanon.

If they can put enough pressure on Israel to leave Lebanon, then people can say that they finally have peace and security.

A couple days ago Ben Gvir said "burn Lebanon to the ground. He wants to go "berserk" on them, to "obliterate" them. So it's a tall order.

Itamar Ben-Gvir, Israel’s National Security Minister, stated on social media that "all of Lebanon must burn" following the deaths of four Israeli soldiers in a Hezbollah attack on June 19, 2026.

Ben-Gvir argued that Israel’s duty to protect its citizens took precedence over a recently signed US-Iran ceasefire agreement, claiming that "measured responses" were ineffective and that Israel must "go berserk" to crush terror. His remarks, which included the statement "for every tear of an Israeli mother, a thousand Lebanese mothers must weep," drew widespread international condemnation, with critics labeling the rhetoric as advocating for genocide and describing Ben-Gvir as a "psychopath."

  • Context: The comments were made despite a US-backed truce between Israel and Hezbollah intended to halt hostilities.
  • Reactions: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi condemned the remarks as a "threat to humanity," while UK officials and various international figures criticized the inflammatory language.
  • Platform Response: The social media platform X flagged the post for violating its rules but allowed it to remain accessible, citing public interest.
  • Government Stance: US Vice President JD Vance and President Donald Trump have expressed frustration with Israeli actions that threaten to derail the broader peace deal, though Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has stated he will not withdraw troops while Hezbollah remains active.

Peaceful Sabbath.

I agree with what you say but will Israel stop? for me I think not, I can check but the south of Lebanon is part of the territory GOD gave to Israel in perpetuity, so is Gaza. Israel use the pretext of terrorist activity from Hezbollah to take back this promised land. they are killing 2 birds with one stone. I suspect the main reason behind all this is the rebuilding of the temple. they are ready to do so but they must retake temple mount. This is what I think.

Neither Hezbollah nor Israel has signed off on the Peace deal. It is Hezbollah that fired rockets into Israel that elicited Israel's response this time. Hezbollah is firing rockets into civilians areas and is trying to kill civilians and not military targets. There are dead Israelis now. I can see why Gvir wants to burn Lebanon.

I'm not sure God will allow a pagan temple to be built to sacrifice to Jesus. Jesus is risen' indeed.

I agree. It doesn't seem likely that Israel will leave Lebanon. Even Trump mentioned at the G7, Israel goes too far. They're after 1 bad guy, but they destroy a whole apartment building and kill innocent people to get him, a young family of four.

So if this Sunday meeting has any success, and they announce Israel will remove themselves from Lebanon, many people will be happy. The regular people of Lebanon will be glad to go back to their homes, to their land. They, and the rest of the world, will say they finally have peace and security.

Peaceful Sabbath.

Rats do hide amongst the innocent. That shows you how a terrorist mind works. Risk a lot of innocent people to try to save a Rat that does not care for anyone.
