That's is in fact true, I know it for a fact. a lot or the majority of people do not have a clue what goes on around them truly, they are that ignorant. The medical industry has become a convoluted racket. Primary Doctors and the umpteen “specialists”. Patient files have become volumes. And having multiple Doctors trying to keep up with which Dr is prescribing which drugs. Then have an emergency on-call (1st or 2nd yr over worked resident )Doctor trying to get a quick brief low-down on what other serious issues the person has, that the Doctor has never seen before. Sometimes the “correct” drug for the situation is “deadly” to a patient who is on a regiment of drugs that can not safely mix with certain drugs.
And let’s see, “my” primary doctor...oh wait, I don’t have one of those.
Ya’ll know both Doctors AND Lawyers have offices and call what they do... Practice.

* Then with results, petition the FDA for approval.
* FDA mulls over results, weighs risks, effectiveness, and approves or not.
* APPROVED? Then the manufacturer goes forward to mass produce, package, give free samples to Dr offices, advertise for people to request their Drs to prescribe that drug.
* It’s drugs on demand. If “approved” by the FDA, it MUST be “A OKAY”!
* Approval? It’s a panel that reviews. It’s numerous Advisors (“Experts”, accredited with all the right letters after their Name) outside of the panel that offers input. Sounds copasetic. Eh?
* What experiential statical data, dispensing, monitoring, on a small scale, took place BEFORE FDA Approval and Contract with the Government to Purchase (with borrowed money with outrageous usury, later expected for taxpayers to repay) ?

My last visit to a Dr was about 5y ago. Caught my finger in a door one evening. Duct taped. Had swollen by morning, tape failed. Called a local Dr Office. Had a visit, wait time, 5 minutes, 7 stitches. Revisited stitches removed. No insurance.
Total cost. Just over 100 bucks. Dr offered a pain script. Denied his offer. Done deal. Healed nicely, full use within a weeks.
Cost to go to clinic, ER, wait time, ridiculous.
Yes, Private Dr offices routinely have drug reps (parallel to lobbyists enticing govt representatives with favors) pushing their drug companies products, free samples, free catered meals for office / staff, free tickets to local events, in hopes the Drs will be a routine pusher of their products.

By the time the EDITOR “revises the facts”....highlights the “gender, race, age, citizenship” and “speculations”....the story sells...the “gender, race, age, citizenship” division fuels the public with undying interest and for weeks panels of “joe blows” are given “air time and microphones” to 24-7 spout their “opinions”....and there ya have it....Modern so called “news”...repeated over and over and over and over...psychology 101, repeat it enough times...what is “speculation” magically becomes a fact!
