This is not Brownsville. It is Andy Park, the songwriter. I believe that when he wrote it, he was the worship pastor at Anaheim Vineyard. He organized the worship pastor school I went to and is one of my favorite worship leaders. He is one of the original Vineyard worship songwriters.
