As the Apostle John wrote = jws are antichrist as they deny the SON
John wrote that about JW’s huh? How amazing!…since we do not “deny the son” at all…his sacrific is the only means of salvation to those who put faith in him….we accept that fully…….but denying that he is God incarnate, well that is an entirely different matter…..because there is not a single scripture where Jesus says that he is God incarnate…..you would have provided one if such existed but since none can, there can only be one conclusion…..you are all mistaken and taken in by an apostate church who formulated a doctrine borrowed from pagan notions and grafted into ambiguous verses to imply what the Bible does not teach.
Quite ironic as RCC is antichrist as well and are together with jws who cannot SEE for they are void of the Holy Spirit.
The holy spirit is very evident in our brotherhood….and we have in our ranks those who are just as sure as you are, that they are going to heaven…..you really have no idea about anything to do with us, you just believe what is told to you……why? Because you want to. If we went back and asked the Jews who rejected Jesus, why they did that? What do you think their answer would be? They were so confident of their position on that that they cursed themselves and their children with Christ’s blood…..(Matt 27:25)
Here is just one way out of many where you deny the SON = Revelation ch1
Lets take this one apart and see who has a problem here?
John, to the seven churches which are in Asia:
Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth.”
So
“Grace and peace to Him who was and who is and who is to come….AND FROM JESUS CHRIST, THE FAITHFUL WITNESS, and ruler over the kings of the earth.”
Who is mentioned in the first instance there? It’s not Jesus, but the one of whom Jesus bore witness….his God and Father.….the one “who is, who was, and is to come”….meaning that he is “from everlasting to everlasting”. So the narrative contains reference to both Yahweh and his son.
To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
So, in speaking of the elect, Jesus has made them “kings and priests TO HIS GOD AND FATHER”….
So Jesus has a God who is also his Father…so how is he God?
Even in heaven the Father is the God of Jesus. (Rev 3:12) Does God worship himself?
Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.
If there are clouds visible in the USA, could I see them from Australia? What “clouds” are these that can be seen by the whole world all at once?
How will “every eye see him” if he is in one location…..live stream via the internet?
What about those “who pierced him”? Are they still alive? This is an earthly scene being described here.
And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of him….who are these tribes?
“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
Concerning the title “the Alpha and the Omega” we see it mentioned again in Rev 21:6….but in the following verse, the One who applies this title to himself says: “
Anyone conquering will inherit these things, and I shall be his God and he will be my son.”
Jesus Christ is never spoken about as having “sons”; he speaks of himself as a “brother” of these conquerors….so it is the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ who is referring to himself as “the Alpha and the Omega” here.
Alpha and omega as you are probably aware, are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet, (the language used to write the NT, which includes the book of Revelation). The respective positions of these letters in the Greek alphabet are used to illustrate that Yahweh alone is “the beginning and the end” of everything. He was Almighty God in the infinite past, and he will continue to be Almighty God forever. He is the only one who is “from everlasting to everlasting.” (Psalm 90:2)
So unless you can do better scriptural gymnastics to uphold your belief, it is not scripturally valid IMV.
To “deny the son“ can also mean denying that he is “the son of God,” which is what he called himself. To call the son “Almighty God” is actually blasphemy and a breach of the First Commandment!
Jesus never once said he was God…the church did….the apostate RCC is the inventor of this doctrine that you all seem to want to hang onto for dear life….have you ever asked why it isn’t found anywhere in Christ’s teachings? Who told you it was true? And why do you believe them?
