I can provide proof. What I cannot do is make you accept nor understand it! You would have to consult with someone above my (how can I say) "pay grade." (God the Father. In the "name" of Jesus Christ of Nazareth)
By giving cause for reasonable doubt? That even the Holy Spirit will not always strive (remain) with man! (behold! the "mystery of the great apostasy" being revealed........yet? soon covered up by the enemies will on flesh)
As is recorded here:
Genesis 6:3 (KJV)
And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also IS flesh(meaning both flesh [separated] and spirit [vulnerable to being separated and/or infiltrated]: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

Does this provide enough reasonable doubt that due to Gen. 6:3 at merely a 300 some odd years after Christ's ascension?
Well meaning (but flesh none the less) decided that not ALL the recorded records (excluding the Book of Enoch, as well as other books included in some Bibles, of which some, have since been included) be "consolidated" into a single (how can I say) collection (aka Canon)?

Having said that, and (I) fully believing that where "2 of more are gathered in My Name (Jesus Christ of Nazareth) that I will be with them!"
Now? Jesus didn't state "forcibly with, NOR in full agreement with, or in any agreement with in some cases!" (note Gen.-6:3)
The church Jesus established is the authority not a rando on the Internet and while whenever two or more are gathered in his name there will be be, that doesn't make them authoritative. It's that reasoning that has led to 20,000+Christian denominations

So there we have it we can pick and choose what we dont like. Sounds like protestantism
You would rather have (a) "man" TELL you what you perceive in your readings of and seeking out things "Spiritual" that "you ain't right?"
"Believe WHAT I say!"
Yeah? There's a whole bunch of milk eaters running all over themselves getting more milk feeders and teaching them to be milk feeders.
That's what I consider "churchianity."
What say you?

FWIW? I don't even know what you mean by the term "protestantism."

This is where I begin to take you people less seriously. It's not about what I would rather have. Jesus left his church in the hands of men. Jesus promised to sent the holy Spirit to lead the church in the fullness of truth. What we find now is 20,00+ Christian denominations having Christianity the way they like it.

Jesus settled the cages of the Pharisees, he told love people to love your enemies, the jews thought Jesus was going to free them.from the Romans, he told people to eat his flesh and drink his blood. It's not about what I would rather have it's about accepting what Jesus said and did.

Well? This is due to, and in no small part, to a decree or decrees made by Constantine!
Due to all the horrendous fightings, warrings, and torturings, by the church established by Jesus Christ of Nazareth, against the pagans that were within his kingdom!
whereas he made it MANDATORY to incorporate by compromise "certain" beliefs and doctrines the pagans practiced to be "forcibly accepted" by" the Church/es" under "his" authority/kingdom/country (whatever)!"
Easter with the celebratory "fertility rites" of spring (pagan). Instead of "Passover!" (Judeo-Christian)
Halloween with "paying tribute" to "evil and unclean" spirits of many varieties! "(a) Trick? Or (a) Treat?"
Let's even go so far as "May-Poles" Where the children dance merrily around a penile shaped object adorning it with decorative ribbons!
Let's go to (even) architecture with it's striking familiarity to both male and female aspects in "columns!"

As you can see? It is of little wonder there are so many and various interpretations of what was, to what it has become!

And? If I may draw your attention to Gen. 1:2 where:
Genesis 1:2 (KJV)
And the earth was (BECAME) without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
Where a more proper interpretation would indicate that SOMETHING was going on before Adam and Eve!
And there are even more scriptural references indicative that SOMETHING happened before the "Canonized creation story!"
All this? Plus even more has persuaded and proved TO me that this verse holds more water then is being taught in "churchianity!"
1 Peter 2:5 (KJV)
Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God BY Jesus Christ.
As well as here:
Psalms 110:4 (KJV)
4 The Lord hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

And like I started off with you? I can, and did offer proof!
Yet? I cannot MAKE you believe NOR understand!
You'll have to take that up with others of the "Royal Priesthood!"

You offered your opinion and thank you for that. I will give it it's due consideration.

As to the reality it wasn't until the 1500s when your leader Martin Luther deluded people into believing they could be their own pope thats how we ended up with 20,000 + Christian denominations. Oh well

If you knew them, you'd understand them.
You have "cut and paste" issues, that many people have on Forums, who dont understand verses, but you've been taught from a commentary or a website or from some forum heretic how to misunderstand them...and then you post them, in the wrong context.........believing you 'know the verses".
You dont.

Yea know talking to you is so hilarious.
Ignorance with attitude.
I and others have given you a lot of scriptures and have tried to explain the truth to you, but you are impervious to it and I do not like repeating myself.
Not only are your beliefs not biblical but they do not make any sense. You have cherry picked yourself a religion of non-sense.

Ignorance with attitude.

You are exactly that, and id classify you as theologically stupid.... as ive read some of your theology, and its mostly unrelated to the NT, as Paul teaches it.
Tho, the heretics that taught you, are proud of you.

I and others have given you a lot of scriptures

You post scritptues you can't explain, and then say.....>"see there behold, i proved it".

You've only proven that your opinion is your theological god.
That's your reality @Grailhunter

You need to run along, and get back to your "Daily Prayer" Thread, as even you can't get that wrong.
Just stay there.

The MaryCult is not Christianity.

Let me show you, the proof.

Take MARY out of the Catholic Church.......and what is left?
And the reason you can't is becaue this Cult is built on Mary.

And regarding Paul..

Jesus gave the "church Doctrine" to Paul.......And this is why the Bible contains Epistles, and most of them are Paul's.

Not really. I have been to many churches and inside they have their beliefs and all get along. I said if there was a tent meeting with music and singing. And a preacher reading out of the bible, I said everyone from every denomination would be there singing together and praising the Lord. Guess what. It happened. I was with the Billy Graham crusade and people from every denomination was there, singing and praying together.

Your only defense is to attack. It exposes the shallowness of your intellect, theologically and otherwise

Osas and the 2 solas weren't taught anywhere before the 1500s. If everyone gets along then there's no need for 20,000+. denominations

That's my point. The differences disappear when everyone worships the same God together.

The God I worship says if you don't do the will of God you will not have salvation. That faith alone is not sufficient. What say you?

I know God chose me for salvation without me doing anything and that aligns with Ephesians 2:8-9. Then after receiving the Holy Spirit, you are to be obedient to the will of God. God's will for me, will not be the same as it is for you. The Holy Spirit is in me and God owns me now. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

I believe you may be referencing to my avatar thinking I'm catholic.
To be SURE? I'm NOT!
Yet? I found the term "Nuns with Guns" to be quite poetic, humorous, and it rolled off the tongue rather smoothly!

But like said, this happened WAY before Martin Luther!

no i am not.

It did happen before Luther but they were denounced as heresy. You're a heretic not a catholic
