I am sorry that you are having problems on these forums. People are all sorts and on any public place, like these boards, it is open season for all the nutters to come out, as they do! I recently got a "word" from one of the mods, for posting too much on the Holy Trinity!!!

Yeah.... I think I am simply watching myself die a slow death here... It's all good... I know that I love CHRIST with all my heart. I just can't seem to connect with other believers.

There are indeed several precious souls here... What I miss and would love to partake in is GOOD and DEEP discussion... It doesn't seem
to happen a lot... because someone always comes along to twist words... and before you know it... everything eventually turns into another political discussion of some sort.... Anyways... It's truly all good... I doubt very much I will be staying... I am just trying to think things through... I love being alone... and so this will be my last ditch attempt at trying to find fellowship of some sort... as I know what I'm like... Every few years... I peek out and wonder what I'm missing... only to find out... I'm not missing a THING... LOL Be blessed... and I hope you have a wonderful day.

Politically speaking... I guess Canada is WAY WAY more LIBERAL than United States. Our Prime Minster at this time is a come one... come all kind of guy... I am not familiar with all these terms used... as I am NOT political... but I think the term is Globalist...

I believe that the TRUE church will rise up in this mess... I think this pandemic has been a wake up call to many... an invitation and opportunity to come back to our FIRST LOVE. I am so blessed that through out this whole thing.. my own soul began to wake up I saw how very BLESSED I am.

How could someone be a Christian without believing in these things. God is spirit, supernatural. Jesus rose from the dead, performed miracles.

liberal Christian does not commend prayer or mediation to those who seek self improvement. Rather, man is only able to progress through science and technology. Liberal Christians tend to read the Gospels through Marist lenses, believing that Jesus taught a form of socialism, or communism.

Again, how could one not pray and be a Christian. Through prayer we have a relationship with God. No prayer, no relationship, no change, no improvement.
I am sure that some who claim they are Christians may believe these things, wear Marxist lenses ... communism ... everyone is equal in every way. We are not equal in this world. Those who are in Christ are spiritually equal. Though it even states that some will get more rewards in heaven than others - that's not equal.

We all have our opinions and ideas of what a liberal Christian stands for, I would like to hear it from the horses mouth so to speak.

Hopefully some will explain exactly what it means to be a liberal Christian, why you label yourself in that way. Maybe explain why you feel the need to place "liberal" into Christianity.

Someone could write a psychology textbook on this, but this is my impression.

Ostensibly liberalism stands for personal liberty, and their rights. But those noble ideals have been perverted by hipocracy. To secure certain liberties for some they are willing to tread upon the liberties of others. They no longer consider the big picture. The big picture has been hijacked by secular humanism, which is an idea spawned of Satan.

So basically liberal Christians are those who hold secular humanism in one hand, and tradition plus social acceptance in the other.

With the issue of HOW to deal with these SINNERS.... ( the homosexuals ... the drag queens... the transgenders and all others who fall into the LGBTQ spectrum )... I hear a lot a shouting about them... but not one person has ANSWERED the question of WHAT to do with these people in real life. What do we do with the lady who has had an abortion? What do we do with the person down the street from us who we KNOW is cheating on his wife?? Do we use a megaphone ... call them out and humiliate them?

I'm more concerned about dealing with the CHURCH that is already perverted....The Word of Faith/Prosperity false-gospel... These pastors who have for years taught absolute blasphemy and stolen millions of dollars from the poor.... yet no one seems to have a problem with that. They are all you see on Christian television. Then you have Sid Roth who has a plethora of guests from aliens to people who are able to see heaven and even get taken up on a daily basis. What kind of Christianity is all this I wonder?? Here in Canada... we also have the United Church... the minister is lesbian and they marry homosexual couples.... This is NOT Christianity... this is a group of people teaching REBELLION against God... plain and simple... There is NO new denomination forming as some are insisting... this is simply an OLD GAME of CHANGE the rules.

Bad doctrine is not reserved for the modern view of the bible. False and perverted doctrine has been here for generations... and it is getting worse... but that is NOT CHRISTIANITY.... If you are calling yourself a "liberal" Christian and are advocating SIN of any kind... they you are NOT a liberal Christian.... you are simply a LIBERAL.

They are by and large in favour of the latest fad that is going around.
They seem to subscribe to the mantra we must be loving and accepting without clarifying what they mean by that.
They usually suppoprt homosexual rights especially their right to lead churches and marry each other.
They usually do not consider homosexuality a sin.
They usually do not consider anything sin.
They usually consider conservative christians as the devil incarnate.
They usually twist the scriptures to mean what they want it to mean.
They usually parrot what the world says about the conservative church.
They usually prefer leaders that are not born again, just religious.
They usually cannot support their claims from scripture.
They usually do not believe that Jesus Christ is Lord.
They usually believe that the final authority is the church (theirs), not the scriptures.
They will often employ a lesbian to run the church.
They will often march in homosexual pride (sic) marches.
They will often condemn people who tell the truth about homosexuality.
They will often side with homosexuals against conservative churches.
They will often fight for the right to abortion (baby killing).
Thery will often get involved in fad movements and marches that oppose anything conservative.
They will often preach love but display hate if you disagree with them.
They will often adopt the language of people opposed to anything conservative.
They will often get upset if you challenge their interpretation of the truth.
Their religion is a convenience, not a lifestlye.

And that is just before breakfast. After breakfast, you will find......
