Yes, Jehovah's Witnesses are doing that, some 8.2 million of them in 240 lands, conducting an average of 10,115, 264 Bible studies each month, carefully following Jesus words to "go, therefore, and make disciples of people of all the nations......teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you".(Matt 28:19, 20)
Who among the some 41,000 sects and denominations of Christendom are doing this assigned work on a global scale besides Jehovah's Witnesses, making known "the good news of the Kingdom" ?(Matt 24:14) Salvatore Rino Fisichella (age 65), an Italian titular archbishop of the Roman Catholic Church and the first President of the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of the New Evangelisation said of members of his own church: “Looking at us probably no one would recognize we are Christians today because our style of life is the same as non-believers.”
Yet, he sees no need to break away from it, as commanded at Revelation 18:4. Hence, the Catholic church, among other churches, is indistinguishable from the "world" because it is "part of the world" in contrast to Jesus genuine disciples.(John 15:19)
