No...it is Jesus raised again for the justification of all who enter INTO Him.The New Covenant is Jesus on the Cross.
Of course not. :) You're not interested in dialogue or a deeper look into the things you have accepted as true.A.) Final Answer.
I didnt watch your video,
but, if "Jesus on the Cross" given by God as "The Gift of Salvation, and "The Gift of Righteousness".... is not your "New Covenant" Video.... then, once again, you have a problem.
If? It sounds like you don't have the hearing faculties to listen to the video? Is that true? Do you lack speakers or is your hearing impaired? If so..I'm hoping the points will come out later in print on this thread.If...""In CHRIST... we the born again, have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace".... is not in your video as the New Covenant, then Episkopos, you are in trouble.
All this reliance on the free stuff is equivalent to the pride of the Jews for being natural Jews. They were born INTO Israel...and somehow many of them feel they are special to God....no matter what they do. As in...the worst Jew is still better than the best Gentile. Is that a humble attitude or a religious/ethnic pride? When you believe that "confessing sin", keeps you saved, then that has become your SAVIOR. = "fallen from Grace". "in the Flesh". "Legalism".
We dont "confess sin" to be saved, and we dont confess it to remain Saved.
We take Jesus as our SAVIOR and God gives us the New Birth.
THAT is how we become a CHRISTian.
All our Sin is on Jesus "whom God made to be SIN for us"....., and God's Gift of Righteousness" is the "born again new Creation, in Christ".
= The born again, have become "the righteousness of God, IN CHRIST"
There is your SON/Daughter of God. = IN CHRIST, and there is no sin found there.
This is why JOHN told YOU< that ....."As JESUS is....so are the born again....IN THIS WORLD"....
"One with God'..."In Christ"... Born again, and there is no sin found there..
1 John 3:9

Hot off the press! :)
OK, and welcome to the thread. :)Some of us don't have the time, or in some cases, the patience to watch a 28 min. video.
Just a suggestion: you really should add a brief outline of the video.
Yes,
You are that religious person.
....... as that would be you defining the Cross of Christ, the GRACE of God, that FREE GIFT of Salvation, as "whipping boy" nonsense, and "Free JUNK".
'whipping boy" nonsense, and "free junk"...
That's the blood of Jesus that you are trodding underfoot, with your religious self righteousness., Episkopos.
I dont believe ive ever heard a Christ Rejecting Jew teach Cross rejection any better than you do it.
You continually openly and proudly replace the Grace of God, with your gospel of works and "abiding" and enduring", and so forth, while claiming you are teaching the Truth of the Gospel.
"""" And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. So it is no wonder that his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness.""""
You can't bear fruit unless you are born againThe New Covenant is VERY unpopular with religious people because it takes on the flesh head-on. Religious people love to flatter other religious people...in order to be in turn flattered. But that is not the way of the cross. If Jesus had complimented the Pharisees on their efforts rather than condemn them...would He have been put to death? Hence the cross.
To partake of the New Covenant we need to be crucified in the outer man...and turn away from being received and accepted by men. Are we to receive honour from men? No...we are to receive abuse for speaking the truth. Such is the way of the cross that qualifies us for the New Covenant...having no confidence in the flesh...and turning ourselves over to God in full surrender for His empowering grace...so that we might bear the eternal fruit that comes from abiding in Christ.
The New Covenant only takes effect when we meet the conditions....
But the standard remains perfection. It's just that we are given the POWER (grace) to fulfill the righteousness of the law. In Christ we walk as He did. ...above sin.You can't bear fruit unless you are born again
Don't you think we need to get people saved first. then worry about them bearing fruit?
That's what the new covenant is all about. Its about the fact the no one could keep the old. because the requirements were so steep (perfection) and how we are granted entrance into Gods kingdom through faith in him, and receiving his gift. because we cannot earn it or make it on our own..
Your right the standard remains perfectionBut the standard remains perfection. It's just that we are given the POWER (grace) to fulfill the righteousness of the law. In Christ we walk as He did. ...above sin.
God hasn't changed. Holiness hasn't changed. What has changed is our access to what causes us to be pleasing to God.
Has God done away with the law? No. Those who walk in the Spirit fulfill the law.
Does gravity have to be abolished in order for planes to fly? No...Likewise, we are empowered in Christ to walk in His perfection and fulfill the law. We overcome the law of sin and death by another greater law. The law of LIFE in Christ.
We can only overcome sin through His grace. The strength is His.Your right the standard remains perfection
That's why it is of grace through faith and not of ourselves.. it is the gift of God
That standard would condemn you and me right here right now where we stand!
Yes, we fulfill the law when we love the lord our God and our neighbor as or above ourself. the problem is we do not do that 100% of the time day after day. There are times where we put our needs above others. there are times when we know to do right, but do nto do it. because we do not feel like it. There are times when we do things that are right. but not with the right attitude. all of those things are sin.
All have sinned. But those who are In Christ don't sin. In Him is no sin. And I'm not speaking Gnostically here. Jesus' grace gives us His power over sin.if anyone claims they have no sin, as John said, they are deceived.
Only One Man...and we enter into Him to walk in HIS perfection. That's what it means to put on Christ. We put on His perfection, His righteousness, His holiness. If you want to know that power...you need to seek the Lord for His grace.Don;t water down Gods law and think you have achieved what scripture says only one man ever achieved, and that is perfect obedience to God.. Because if you or me or anyone else think this, we are decieved and are serious danger..
Actually we overcome through love, we love because he first loved usWe can only overcome sin through His grace. The strength is His.
If you are required to walk as a requirement, then it is not of Grace it is of works.. you can;t mix grace and works, they cancel each other out.. These are pauls words not mineOR..that standard would justify you IF you were walking as Jesus walked...under grace.
the narrow gate is not to strive to be sinless.. That is the wide gate..By the power of the flesh...yes. But there is a higher walk to consider...one that allows us to walk in His resurrection life. There is no sin IN Him. So we need to strive to enter into the narrow gate...who is Christ.
You still do not love 100%, if you think you do. John says you are deceived. All have sinned. But those who are In Christ don't sin. In Him is no sin. And I'm not speaking Gnostically here. Jesus' grace gives us His power over sin.
again, If you think you love 100% and never do anything that falls hort of this standard. You are decieved.Only One Man...and we enter into Him to walk in HIS perfection. That's what it means to put on Christ. We put on His perfection, His righteousness, His holiness. If you want to know that power...you need to seek the Lord for His grace.
Yes. The righteous are safe as long as they remain on the road of uprightness, humility, honesty and truth. When people deviate into vain assumptions and presumptions...they fall into the ditch of iniquity...that makes them filthy before God...mixing the flesh in with holiness. If we sin we have an advocate. God is also very forgiving. Also, the fervent and honest prayer of a righteous man covers a multitude of sins. Also, the man who cried, have mercy on me, a sinner, walked away justified.
So where does this idea of 100% perfection with never a stumble come from? It comes from mixing righteousness and holiness.
do you really think you are so Holy God think you are great?Yes. The righteous are safe as long as they remain on the road of uprightness, humility, honesty and truth. When people deviate into vain assumptions and presumptions...they fall into the ditch of iniquity...that makes them filthy before God...mixing the flesh in with holiness.
The fear of the Lord preserves us as long as we are not walking in actual holiness.
